Yeah got my $50 credit and a code. Wait i will withdraw that 50, oh wait its by wire. Seriously if in the US paxum and a business account holder is becoming a major problem

Ok, i am starting to worry now.

Few days ago i finally got paxum payouts from networks (they are delayed for days).

Backtrack, my wire was validated July 2nd, until now i haven't received it yet.
I made another wire and was validated July 10th, thinking it was back to normal. Until now, nothing arrived in my bank account.

Before this issue, it only take 2 business days before it reflects in my account.

I got the $50 refund, plus the code for the next wire.
But heck, my wire is $xx,xxx and nowhere to be found.

They never give any specifics about it, all general responses.

Yeah, props to Paxum for actually mailing out affected customers, but as you say, it's a form letter with no specific information (apart from the coupon code)

I'd open a ticket and ask them to specifically chase up your payment.

BTW, Friday is over in Australia and still no sign of funds, so I'll be waiting a minimum of another 70 hours or so.

Same here, waiting for Monday at least and let's see what happens next.

I had a wire processed on the 28th and reached out early this week as I hadn't received it.
Rep told me about the delays but that they would look into it.

Looks like it came through this morning.

So I wouldn't panic, seems like the backlog was legit.

I still haven't received my WIRE yet. I hope it comes through today. It's been almost 10 business days now since it was confirmed / completed.

Halfway through Monday here so hopefully it's going to arrive today.

I get paid fortnightly by the one program that forces me to use Paxum. At this rate, I'll be receiving my next Paxum payment before my wire has arrived.

What's alarming is that they say they have no updates on what's going on. It's like the money is in some black hole now. Don't know what's happening..

Two wires did not arrived yet. It was validated July 2nd and the other July 10th.

Mine just came. Was a USD WIRE transfer. Paxum slow but still there.

So i got my July 2nd wire reversed and credited back to my paxum account.
I have no idea how to withdraw that fund now.

it was EUR...had to change from USD to EUR in paxum and then wired it...

How much is it? If you have Juicyads account, you can always load funds in it from Paxum and withdraw it with Paypal / WIRE etc...

Or you can try WIRE with Paxum again :)

My 2nd wire also returned now. A little over $10k.
I will wait for my ticket first, then i will go from there.
I also see, there is now a limit of $10,000 per wire withdrawal.

Been doing wire transfers to the same account for years on a weekly basis.

I got a ticket today that says "you can withdraw your funds in EUR currency as well as use an eternal credit/debit MasterCard issued in your name"

Well, i only have USD bank account.

Can i transfer between account my Paxum USD and make it EUR... then wire it to the same USD bank account?
I see a currency conversion in my paxum account when i try to do that, so i guess that is doable.

Theybshould just pull out of the US market already. Its proving too risky for them.

Made another 7/10 and nothing.
Got a $50 credit for one of them and a coupon towards making another request. But why make another request if they aren't going to send them in the first place?

Do they have some guy in Uzbekistan sending 5 wires per day because that is his daily limit? Mine has been stuck for over 2 weeks.

If I loaded my account with Paxum then chose to withdraw in Paypal, would you know how long that would take to get to my PP account and if there are and fees/minimums/etc?

When did you send and when did it arrive?

By the sounds of things, you've initiated and received a wire in less time than those of us which had ours validated 2 weeks ago.

Illegal pharma companies used to bank there before moving to Uzbekistan. So I was not far off.

He did a EUR wire i believe.
I returned all my paxum funds to the company sender and asked them to do a regular wire instead.

Open up Eur account then link it to paxum after doing USD - EUR exchange, that would work

Dude... why are you shifting funds through Paxum+wire if the source can just send a wire themselves? Why would you want to involve a middleman like Paxum?

Individual wire is costly. I'm an affiliate with multiple programs and one time wire with paxum is just $50. Instead of individual wire of up to $250++ weekly total if I ask them to wire per program.

Not sure about the 'descriptor'.. but I see that WIRE came from same processor - DEK-CO. So, they are still with the old processor I guess... just slow this time.

Hmm, that contradicts Ruth saying they were going with a new processor. Unless the change in processor is from Pay-dek UK to Pay-dek Uzbekistan. :1orglaugh :Graucho

It could be how they changed intermediate bank as provider but actual sender stays same.

It's been 2 weeks and they say that. Who knows processor?

USD is not an option for my country...only EUR...EUR has always arrived in 3 days or so...

as for when I sent it was last week...sent on monday or tuesday and I picked it up on friday...

ePayments wire took 1 business day and it costed $15 usd

Two problems with epayments however, I don't think they issue any new card. Most Aff programs are not supporting them.

I hope everyone got their wires soon. I know how frustrating it is.

Luckily, Paxum is issuing cards and they are working perfectly!

Cmon ruth still no wire a week later. Just waiting for an email that paxum is exiting the US market or becoming the next epassporte. Taking a week for a wire isnt the answer.
