With regards to time-frames for alternative currencies than USD:

Wires in EUR, CHF, CZK, HUF, SEK, NOK, THB, DKK, PLN, NZD, INR, IDR, ZAR, RON, AUD, CAD, GBP get delivered within 1-2 business days after validation most of the time.

Local MasterCards get funded almost instantly

EFT works in EUROPE (Including Romania in RON) and COLUMBIA

I tried to do CAN funds wire, and it told me that it could not process the wire at this time.

Hmm, interesting. I hope yours is an isolated case and not indicative of further issues.

bgmen 07-23-2019 12:49 PM

Things don't look good. Some big companies have problems loading funds, which you may have noticed.

Ruth, when you have a moment, can I get an answer to this? Trying to decide if I do CAD or USD wire next. Certainly, I'd prefer USD wire to USD account.

There are no delays with CAD wire withdrawals.

For USD wire withdrawals there are still some delays, however the delay has definitely reduced. You might still be looking at about a week turnaround for a USD wire due to the backlog, so please keep that in mind when you make your decision.

CAD Wired arrived in my bank! Downside Now i paid $15 CAD ( welcome fee from my bank or intermediary bank ) on top of the $25 USD paxum fee :smiling_b

So the new $25 wire fee to send a CAD wire is a joke . The difference is around $10 only. When previously when i paid $50 for USD wire i was not paying any welcome fee or intermediary bank fee. New processor or bank somewhere getting greedy:1orglaugh

There is another potential increase in costs. Paxum's banking partners are converting the US to CDN at their exchange rate. This is very likely to be at a less favorable rate than you would get letting your own bank do the exchange,

I can't get a CAN wire started, hasn't worked for me in weeks. Now i'm stuck with funds in my paxum account and can't access.

So, WIRE transfers in Local currency aren't working for me now. I have to go with USD withdrawals.. Hoping it goes quick and smooth and isn't delayed. :(

Holy Damage 08-05-2019 01:59 PM

Ruth, can you answer our questions about the cards?
withdraw by ATMs is not an option in a near future? Only wires?

darkprog 08-06-2019 06:00 AM

Due to the numerous Paxum clients actively posting on GFY we wanted to let you know the current situation to avoid any confusion and misunderstandings.

At the moment every USD Wire Withdrawal submitted to Paxum is undergoing extensive due diligence by the correspondent banks which means that each individual USD wire is being reviewed one by one before it is processed.

Due to the number of USD Wire Withdrawal requests submitted to Paxum these extra steps have created delays for clients receiving those USD Wires to their bank accounts.

It is important for Paxum clients to note that:

OTHER CURRENCY WIRES ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE DELAYS

You will not experience any delays if you withdraw your Paxum account funds in any of the following currencies:

EUR, CHF, CZK, HUF, SEK, NOK, THB, DKK, PLN, NZD, INR, IDR, ZAR, RON, AUD, CAD, GBP

The majority of USD wires have already been processed and many have been received by clients, though some are still awaiting receipt to their bank account.

We understand how important it is for clients to be able to trust in the stability of our service, and when situations like this occur it can cause concern and dissatisfaction. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience clients have experienced caused by these delays.

In the meantime, as mentioned, we urge clients who are able to do so, to withdraw account funds in alternative currencies instead of USD at this time, to avoid delays.

If you're still waiting for a USD wire and are concerned I urge you to please email me – [email protected] – and we will look into it and see if we can offer alternative ways to deliver the payment without a delay. Posting on the boards about your situation will not change anything so it is best to contact us directly. Please make sure to include your account username in your email to avoid any delay with assistance.

Hello Ruth,
Thanks for the info

Is Paxum or payment processor partners still experiencing delays in processing USD wire payments?

I've been waiting since the beginning of August and have been in touch with Paxum via email and tickets but didn't know about the delays expected because of due diligence. Just read it here today.

Money locked at Paxum, internal problems within Paxum management

It's ridiculous.... Paxum has internal problems with its management. Since more than 4 months, Ruth is trying to contact them to fix our USD wire transfer problem. Ruth it continously trying to contact them, but they (Paxum management) are ignoring her...

I wonder what's going on behind the scenes with that company..... there clearly is a problem.

Sec 11-14-2019 03:33 PM

Ruth, can you please reply to my emails? Our account has more than $60K+ locked because of this wire problem. We really need a solution for this.

BigFurry 11-15-2019 01:45 AM

I'm also waiting for USD wires to be reenabled in Europe.

BigFurry 11-25-2019 07:40 AM

Still no news? Can you please revert to mid-market exchange rates until it is impossible to withdraw funds in USD?

Same with me, got it validated 11/20, just checked and wire still not in and it's 11/28.
I hate this, one network can only pay paxum so i have no choice.
I am sensing another paxum problem.
