How about a 100 percent adult business section. The revamp looked promising a few weeks back, but already for serious adult webmasters, the jackass component makes it pretty much useless.

I have dropped much knowledge for free. I usually leave a few bits out that require some brain power to figure out.

Don't think I'd charge for things though. Unless I'm working with a person or a group offline. I would never post a course online.
