Looks like I'm not alone.....
1st off, I really hate that I'm "Taking It To The Boards" but I don't know what else to do. Around mid October I noticed I was missing a payment from MadCheddar.com that shows being sent to me via check on 2019-07-08. I have no record of ever receiving this check and my account is set to Paxum for payouts (nothing over there, either). So I started to try and contact them... 2019-10-18 - I emailed all the info to Darren, who had helped me with a previous problem. No reply. 2019-10-23 - Sent a message to Support via NATS. Status "unread" 2019-10-29 - Emailed Darren again. No reply. 2019-11-01 - A 2nd payment shows up in NATS: Status: Pending Payment Sent: Not Yet Paid Method: Paxum 2019-11-04 - Sent a 2nd message to Support via NATS. Status "unread" 2019-11-04 - Contacted James via Skype & sent him all the info. He told me he'd hit up accounting 2019-11-12 - Checked in with James on Skype. He hadn't heard anything back. 2019-11-18 - Checked in with James on Skype. No reply. 2019-11-25 - Checked in with James on Skype. No reply. 2019-12-03 - Checked in with James on Skype. He said accounting is aware, but hasn't heard back from them. 2019-12-17 - James status on Skype says "Away from the 16th to the 28th" Sent a 3rd message to Support via NATS. Status "unread" 2020-01-10 - Asked another webmaster to get involved. 2020-01-15 - Sent all this to James one last time before I posted. He said he still hasn't heard anything, but followed up with accounting today & made this an urgent request. 2020-01-23 - Checked in with James on Skype. No reply. All I want is the money I'm owed and I don't know what else to do, so while I hate doing this, here I am... Thanks for reading, Mark - Greenguy |
So Im definitely not the only one that they owe money.
Sad to say, but I hope more people like Greenguy who have payment issues with MadCheddar will speak out in this thread, and hopefully we all get paid. |
No response .. I hope you get your money back

you are owed small amount, your time must be cheap if you keep wasting it with these ignorants. |
Pretty sure MadChedder is having money problems. I heard Lansky was stealing investor money to fund his extravagant lifestyle. Dont belvie the hype, he wasn't bought out he was forced out. These guys are spending 20k on shoots and blowing money out the ying yang. If they had the money to pay their affiliates they would. Thats also why they are suing everyone six ways from Sunday for pirating their content.

Don’t they have a large tube site, too? |
hope you get your cheddar

VMG has 6 big sites in operation for years. At their scale and size, the cashflow would have bankers kissing their asses even if they needed to borrow money to buy Greg out in a lump sum (and there are other ways of buyout at such large scales, that Nathan/Fabian formerly discussed on GFY) As noted earlier in this thread, nearly every affiliate program has raised payout minimums. It costs more to deal with little affiliates and little payouts. |

No reason for MadChed to NOT to be paying their affiliates if thier cashflow/expenses are strong. They either dont care, or are trying to save money. NaughtyAmeria for example ran into money problems and stopped paying. All I know is Lansky was paid to leave according to several people. |

If they wanted to save money, couldn't they just shoot one less $20k scene - as you said - over losing some small affiliate's, $200 payout? The friction with Lansky is well known in the california production community, but that's a stretch to assume that means fiscal issues which no one knows anything about. But based on simple logic, there are much more effective ways for a company to handle cost overruns, such as reducing the budget on productions, or even laying off staff. Those are far greater expenses than a $200 affiliate cheque. |

Let's assume a $20 per member billing average because they run discounts and partner trades, that would put them at 10k members, making them smaller than JT's glamcore sites, and that's not including cross-sales, upsells, DVDs, etc. Public records show litigation alone, can bring in over $2 million/year |

How is their tube Porntube doing?
