ccbill did cancel their long-running Phoenix Forum. that was a pretty big sign. they also haven't visited this nearly 2-week old thread either. ccbill used to have 2-3 reps respond by now.

i'm not saying they're going down, but they're obviously cutting costs. one of the first costs corporate machines cut is service.

i stopped caring about ccbill - and recommending them - when Jeff Neis stopped replying to emails half a decade ago :winkwink:

Why do you think CCBill is the cause of bad sales? Are you getting an increase in decline with them and if so, what is the stated reason? CCBill sends out decline emails so it's easy to keep track of when a user can't signup.

Bad sales periods can happen to any of us and even when all cylinders are firing, it just could be a case of fish not biting.

Very true, but when it comes to 3rd party processors the issue sometimes is the scrub. And CCBill has the most intense scrub in the Industry. Just saying.

I don't use ccbill, but 90% of my decline emails say "Issuer Decline".

You can tell them to easy up on the scrub, talk to a rep..

If that's another way to say DNH, take note that a lot of DNH notifications are apparently just a lazier way of card issuers rejecting due to NSF reasons.
