i was using sparkpost and sendinblue but both caught on to the porn-ness. i had to build my own transactional push mailer.
basically put the mail server on a safe cpanel somewhere, verify it thru dns, and then post smtp to it. 100% delivery if its a clean IP - and until you get too many complaints or get blacklisted.
the only real problem i found is some of the shared hosts won't let you push smtp thru them. hostgator doesn't mind, and you can change IPs or get a block. i used hostwinds too. i'd never use one of my servers just in case its blacklisted.
