Just noticed Ruth last activity was March 6th. Pretty scary since she's basically the only point of contact with this company who likes to keep communications to an absolute minimum!

got mine today but also found a wallet with epay card on the street lol

she answered me in less than 24 hours by email, a day ago.

I activated the Unionpay card successful, but when I tried to get small cash from ATM like 50$ or so it was declined. :( The ATM has Unionpay logo on it, so the ATM should support it. Anybody noticed same issue ? The card was activated more than 24 hours ago.

In my city in Canada, the ATM i use only give $20 multiple bill this mean your withdraw should match something like : 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 etc...

Log into the paxum app or your paxum account and check out transaction. ( sometimes i need to refresh the page few time to get latest transaction )

How much is your balance before trying to get $50 ?
My guess is you need at least $75 in your card to get that $50 out.

There will be a balance left on your card.

Its the first transaction there because the card I received few days ago.
I have on card 200 usd and tried to get cash on ATM only 50 usd but declined.☹

try $40 or $60 or $100 or $160 ( don't forget : 20 multiplier # )

Is there some info inside paxum control panel, why it was denied?

Raiffeisen bank stoped $$$/EU transactions :(

There is no any info on paxum control panel, there is no even declined fee like 0.25 usd or so staying the whole amount on card which was transfered. Strange.
