Whitelabels are down for at least 20 minutes already

api problems?

I can't login on Stripcash rn.
But Whitelabel is up.

Downtime whitelabel (approx 30 minutes) was 1 oktober and i ques had something to do with the legacy system and the migration to the new server. Everyone with a whitelabel at Stripchat received a email informing about it and the end date of the old serverpark. But i got a very fast response from support by email.

wls ok, api up and down and can't login to stripcash...

Still problems with the stats data. Signs ups and report info not in sync. Big jump in regs (main stat page) in last hour but clicking to more details i see less (missing) regs. But it will be resolved soon i ques but a strange glitch.

The regs are with the last stat check more then doubled. So there was a delay of (many) hours in the reg stats because the hits where normal but after morning the regs where off.

Currently there is with my (daily) stats a 300% difference between regs on main page and after clicking to details only 1/3 visible.

I am also having the problem with the statistics and the recorded earnings

ugh still problem with stats and earnings appearing and disappearing....

Conversions not posting on my end.... running tons of traffic and no joins. So disappointing.

Stats seem fishy.. yesterdays total purchases vs scheme earnings not adding up

Yesterday's scheme earnings is less than 10% of the total spending in my case.

Yesterday only 1/3 rev income based on the normal 20% from total purchases. So not the usual 20% but 6.66% commission on sales.

Reg total is off again but total spending / earnings is very good today and the commission is back at 20%.

Has anyone noticed how signup rates have been almost cut in half since mid September (20th ish)?

I avg almost 15-17% Signup rate. Now im lucky if i even hit 10%.

My pages all look the same and their offer page looks the same as before - i cant put my finger on it.

Any ideas?

Can't see anything like this. Depending on your numbers, variance is a normal factor.

StripCash experienced a technical issue that affected the display of certain data in our interface between 11:20 am GMT on October 10 and 9:40 am GMT on October 11.

During this period, some statistics were not accurately shown, but rest assured that no clicks or conversions were lost - this was purely a display error. The issue has now been fully resolved, and all data visible in your statistics is correct and up-to-date.

So it seems stripchat changed their form? Anyone have any feedback yet on how performance is?

It seems as though since this change, registration rates have been cut in half, but first purchases have increased.

Haven't seen anything about the new signup modal windows, looks promising. Also a quick question.

On a whitelabel we only have Twitter as an option for signups (and email), not Google like on Stripchat. Any reason why?

Also another question, what is the difference between affiliateid= and userid= in our links? My user id always stays the same, but I have several links that have different affiliateid= when I check with Serpstat.

Hey, I was on a vacation but i'm back! :)

1. We removed webmaster referral tab, instead - we suggested to use referral earnings log. Though, you couldn't see affiliate names there. But after some feedback, we decided to bring this possibility back (it's in progress).

2. We removed old modal windows due to several reasons:

- According to our internal tests, the new signup window has better performance in terms of CR in Firstbuys on most traffic (even though it reduces CR in the signups)
- There was abuse of old modal windows by different partners which caused us losing significant amount of money every month, that’s why we are not planning to re-enable them.

3. AffiliateId is a cookie parameter, which is set each time after the click, while UserId is your permanent Id (it's built in your default link).

A bit sluggish tbh. First 3-4 days were OK (i assume because it fell over a weekend). But since it's been pretty average. Hoping everyone is keeping their spending for the end of month holidays.

Stripchat stats dashboard is excellent.

Down 80-some percent at the same time last month. No clue what's going on. 3 of my top 5 highest spenders have spent some money this month. If these stay on track with the, this will be the worst month since June 2022.

BUT I AIN'T EVA GONNA STOP PROMOTING STRIPCHAT

Hard to just limit it to promo days but last 7 days my unique spenders are +24% and +36% first purchases

earnings -2.2% heh (last 30 days +20%)

stripchat is good to us

the promo is doing wonders for first time buyers

altho the ticket prices have been low

So if you’re an affiliate there is a way to message users that signed up under you? Or were you referring to something else?
