From what I read today, they are closer to the prison time then on the way out of prison.

The thing is, they had some small line in contract, if the girls rejects to perform the gig (porn), then she is going to pay around 200k CZK back (9k usd).
Appartenly many girls didnt read the whole contract and then they tried to force them to perform, otherwise -200k czk lawsuit (which they wouldnt peform as they didnt want to go under scruitiny).

Just read the whole article ( incl. excerpts from the agreement)... They have TWO problems:

1) They did NOT attempt to give the women time to read and study the agreement. This should have been done days before they shot the videos.

2) They "allowed" a consideration for " withdrawing from the agreement" ( with about $8,000 penalty). This is NON enforceable from either side. Once you agree to " work for hire" and assign the proceeds of your labor to the producer and you get duly paid, you cannot withdraw. If you could, then every actor who does NOT like the movie he/she was in could stop the movie release. Not just porn but the whole entertainment industry would go down.

It shows that both the "lawyering" and the execution of the agreement was wrong. To add to a peculiarity, Czech juris prudence has many unusual rules left over from the commie era and some even go back all the way to Austro Hungarian Empire days. So the outcome if this case is uncertain.

I guess they don't keep all the company money on a single bank account, affiliate payments are probably/hopefully handled in a different way.

- Everybody knows Prague is the place to be for porn in Europe. It would be surprising Czech girls don't know that.
