Anyone been able to contact them regarding payments etc?

I got no reply from anyone, have a submitted invoice for approx $1200.
In theory, it should arrive in a few weeks, but actually I don't really count with these funds.

You can send them any number of emails regarding payments as i do for weeks. With no response ofcourse.
They marked me as paid on 10th of july but i didn't receive any money. How it should be called? Does anybody know?

They can hardly send you money while sitting in Pankrac prison :2 cents:

They made this fake payment at 10th of july, a week before police entered to their office (17th of july).
Furthermore it looks everything works fine in Czech Cash besides withdraws and as someone wrote here before not all staff are in a prison (incl. Ondrej)

Hey Sarah, I think most people understand here than no company kills the cow the gives the milk (money). Rationally, at least.
So I understand that would be irrational for you to do something illegal/ bad with the models, as thanks to them you have money FOR YEARS.
What I don't understand though, is why affiliates are kind of treated like unwanted.
Please take a look at the posts above about "disappearing rebills" in August.
Now, getting back the the trust of the affiliates (which are, some chunk of your income) will be really hard to get back.
I think sometimes it's better to be honest ("hey we have problems"), than...

As for the law problems, I think that If you were honest in the whole process you have nothing to be afraid of, and may always sue the models that try to "wrongdo" you...

Please explain the disappearing rebills. Is this a bug, NATS not getting new rebill data from your biller? Are are all those members really cancelled all of the sudden?

Also, will affiliate payments be sent on time?

If those issues are not resolved ASAP affiliates will stop sending traffic and your income will drop too.

It doesn't make sense to make an empty threat.
Better double up on traffic and make sure they make enough to pay y'all. If you send lesser traffic they won't be able to pay.

Personally I stopped sending traffic already. Will resume after I see that they're paying and rebills are fixed.

Been burnt too many times in the past already.

Guys, I understand yours worries and concerns. Let me tell you something. Due to the outgoing investigation we don't know as employees much more either. We have 3 people from management in the custody at this moment. Everyone in our company is trying our best to go on. I would hate to think that everyone will just pull out rather than give us a hand. With decades of employing models this is a strange case. Individual girls went to the police and reported them for doing what they did. That will sink their boat.

They have an 50% revshare program. The affiliate commission is money from previous signups that should have been set aside.

If they need new money to pay affiliates, something is wrong in how they operate.

This is why CCBILL is great. Affiliate commissions are set aside, and the site owners cannot spend the money that's not theirs to begin with.

They don't need to override your cookie. They just push an affiliate's sale into another sub-account and technically there is no more money for the affiliate to be paid out.

Same here, they stopped responding, and my invoice submitted early summer is still not paid. Sad.
