I wonder if all this will make it more difficult even perhaps for adult affiliates in the Czech Republic? I mean, banks might not be so keen to have clients with any connection to the porn industry perhaps, and so on.

I'm quite skeptic about this whole "forcing girls case".

- Everybody knows Prague is the place to be for porn in Europe. It would be surprising Czech girls don't know that.
- People looking for pretty 18+ girls. Girls don't think it may be a porn or escorting job ?
- Not reading the contract you sign. What a brilliant idea.
- I saw plenty of CzechCasting videos in which the girls are not getting fucked. Plenty of videos are blowjob/handjob only or nudity only.
That's the proof that not getting fucked is an option.

I think plenty of "not so smart girls" now understand that they are having troubles in their life because they are "pornstars". That's pretty sad but it was quite predictable. They are probably telling bullshit to the police in order to clear their names. Like "i'm not a pornstar, i'm a manipulated raped girl". And of course they want the video removed.

Good luck because even if Netlook deletes those videos it will still be available forever on pirate sites.

Most porn companies have the same issue with girls who are ok to take the money and shoot videos and then want the videos deleted because life sucks.


Maybe the complete casting videos will show there is no problem at all.

Maybe there will be some agreement between Netlook and the girls and those specific videos will be deleted (something like 20 videos out of 2000+) in order to avoid bigger troubles...

What I heard is that the investigation started 2016/2017 and included wiretapping conversations and some under cover police applying for the castings/job. This is not only regarding the contracts and forced filming it has more to the story.

They actually block local IPs, so the site is not accessible from some countries, but if they use the videos on tubes, then they can't restrict access to those. Same for pirated scenes, they can be easily found with Google.

Any site named "CzechCasting" will automatically be one of the most interesting sites for Czech men. The only thing they need to view it is a cheap VPN or proxy. (There are free ones even.)

Telling someone that something will be "blocked" in one country is misguidance. It's impossible with today's technology, any company with an IT/WebDev team knows this.

That's right and the site is notorious for their castings, but then the average Joe surfing porn doesn't have a clue what proxy or VPN is. They most likely found their tube channels which, of course, are available for anyone.

Hey Sarah, I think most people understand here than no company kills the cow the gives the milk (money). Rationally, at least.
So I understand that would be irrational for you to do something illegal/ bad with the models, as thanks to them you have money FOR YEARS.
What I don't understand though, is why affiliates are kind of treated like unwanted.
Please take a look at the posts above about "disappearing rebills" in August.
Now, getting back the the trust of the affiliates (which are, some chunk of your income) will be really hard to get back.
I think sometimes it's better to be honest ("hey we have problems"), than...

As for the law problems, I think that If you were honest in the whole process you have nothing to be afraid of, and may always sue the models that try to "wrongdo" you...

Please explain the disappearing rebills. Is this a bug, NATS not getting new rebill data from your biller? Are are all those members really cancelled all of the sudden?

Also, will affiliate payments be sent on time?

If those issues are not resolved ASAP affiliates will stop sending traffic and your income will drop too.

It doesn't make sense to make an empty threat.
Better double up on traffic and make sure they make enough to pay y'all. If you send lesser traffic they won't be able to pay.
