What good is $20,000 USD when people are going to the store with wheelbarrows full of trillion dollar bills? (see hyperinflation lol)

Exactly. And we have gov officials against citizens protecting themselves.

Have you heard of Brad Sherman?

What you think will be at the end of 2020? 20k?

Pink24 10-24-2020 02:56 PM

I have just one bitcoin. Lots of other crypto. Interested to see what will happen in the next couple of months. I can sure see a new ATH.

Whatever happens, I won't be selling though - not till 2027.

ruff 10-24-2020 07:28 PM

Big money keeps legitimizing BTC. It is still a buy opportunity for those who want to make bank in the future. It's always going to be the crypto standard. Just look at the price of BTC exactly one year ago.

Anytime in the next two years is a good time to buy. Use dollar-cost averaging. I've been buying since 2014 no matter the price. Buy and hodl.
I need a lot of money, you think it's cheap to maintain beautiful hair like this?

Haven't been doing it for nearly as long as you, but I've gone from short term mining and dumping alts to longer term buying and hodling BTC. Every couple of weeks I transfer 10% of my gross (fiat) income to an exchange, then adjust the automated daily buy amount so that the balance covers the next 2 weeks.

Never heard of these sites.
I am very excited for the coming months. This kind of reminds me of 2017. Anyone want to predict a DEC 23rd Price??

I will go bullish and say $30k

Cashapp is from Square, parent company of Twitter
Only usa allowed right now tho (i think)

I thought btc can reach 20-30k this year, but that seems wrong, maybe by next yr :)

In my case, BTC for long term hodl and ETH for speculating, including derivatives.

Very tempting and just in time. Looking for condo in Curacao to spend winters at.

I agree with ruff, BTC best for long term hold. ETH is a different crypto built for different things, definitely not a store of value, but a speculative asset.

ETH has no max supply and the premine was almost completely scammy (70% ish)

It does have a huge community, most of who attack Bitcoin at every chance. It does have some nice volatility around BTC from 0.017 to 0.039 range, can make easy Bitcoin usually, with patience :thumbsup

You don't buy a flat without paying the taxman.

When you buy something like that, there is instantly a paper trail. The party you are purchasing from now has to account for the money. They may not want to avoid the taxman and that puts you in a bad position. Not much different than the local drug dealer, numbers guy, and/or mafioso. The crypto would need to be laundered.

Someday when I cash in my crypto, I plan on paying taxes on it. Otherwise I will go to prison here in the USA. With big numbers they don't fuck around.

There are lots of things you can buy with crypto that no one cares about. Mostly small stuff, but large purchases attract attention because there are always two parties involved.

i read somewhere 0.1 btc will be a pretty big in near future bcoz of finite supply of btc.

Just hodl it and buy more if you can. It is nowhere near its peak yet. There is a finite amount of BTC and it will be mined out in 2022. Then that's all there will be. BTC will be the equivalent of digital gold, only easier to carry.

∞(fiat)/21,000,000 = sky is the limit :thumbsup

if someday you hear about cash printers calling it quits, maybe we'll reach a plateau price for Bitcoin
