Trustpilot is a commercial service. They remove bad reviews for their customers. Unless you pay them, they will make sure you have poor ranks.

RuthB 09-22-2020 01:20 PM

elliso, we sent an email notification out to ALL users about those changes when they happened. We also required that you confirm/sign that you agree to the changes when you next logged in in order to continue using Paxum. Please see the screenshot below of the email we sent out, to refresh your memory.

We also clearly list the Dormant Account Fee on the FEES page of our website (in the very first box) ever since we made the update. (Update was made in February 2018).

I'm sorry that you're unhappy, but there is nothing we can do. The fees were charged in accordance with our TOS.

Very interesting. It seems Paxum is not a good service to work with. Good to know. Thank you! No wonder we do not work with them. :1orglaugh Paxum staff, please comment. Thanks!

What you BELIEVE has little to no relevance to how the world actually works.

You should be charged double for using foul language and whiny complainer.

Fabulous class!
So much learning going on - right here!!!
Just toddle off now and be very thankful for all you have learned at this amazingly cheap price of €177! Just remember to say thanks!!!

well you said almost 3 years so this is 177$ worth of fees...5$/month...you were too lazy to log in for 3 years...too lazy to read half a page of TOS...and now you are trying to pressure paxum in to refunding you via review bombs...how dumpster juice of you :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

you will not understand but there is this thing called personal responsibility...people with no integrity have none...it is always the other persons fault for following the contract :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

The OP did get in contact with me. In writing he has walked me through a timeline of events as they relate to the money, the merchant that provided it, and his active/inactive "relationship" with PAXUM. On the surface it appears that he may be justified in seeking the return of the monies.

We have all heard the saying, "there are two sides to every story". The lawyers that I am surrounded with remind me, sometimes they are more than two sides or perspectives on what exactly has transpired.

Hopefully, in the upcoming days, the OP will resubmit his communication to PAXUM, which I will help draft, and they will reconsider their current position, and refund the monies requested. It is not necessary for PAXUM to admit fault or responsibility. It's enough it they can see the clients perspective on what really transpired, and in the name of "customer service", push the refund.

Imagine losing $150 bucks as a business owner. 2020 has been a wild year so far.

It's my understanding that the OP has indeed received the full refund of fees assessed. Therefore a thank you is owed to Ruth and possibly her colleagues for evaluating the circumstances and taking the new action they did.

The OP wants to show his or her appreciation, and intends to name their first newborn, PAXUM (if a girl), and NALEM (if a boy). Should that ever happen, we are deeply honored, but please never ask either of us to be a God Father or Mother.

By now, you should realize in the thread that the OP is/was a affiliate/customer of PAXUM.

So far you complain, without providing any details. Therefore as it was suggested before, briefly explain the circumstances, what happened, and what you are expecting/hoping PAXUM will do for you.

CaptainHowdy 10-09-2020 10:10 AM

Time to change/edit the thread title ? ?

If you have a problem with Paxum then most likely you are the cause. Try again. :2 cents:
