Sounds like a biller not paying issue, likely flagged by the visa for high chargebacks, from the chattery. Just a guess though

We are still seeing high sales. Probably due to people using the chat/webcam features on the sites more.

If by live chat you mean the chat on our dating sites, no. For dating we only have a coreg API.

If you mean Cams we do have a model API to populate your site with the live models, but it does not include the live chat.

Yes that's surprising, and I think "never heard of".

I hope they're doing well, they must have their reasons and as long as they pay their business partners, no need to speculate on anything tragic.
We don't work much together, but as far as I know they've been in the industry for a long, long time... and again as far as I know, they've always paid their partners...
So Imo unless you know concrete things that others don't know... I'd say "don't panic, go with the flow".

When they kicked out a lot of affiliates in March/April one of their managers also blamed it on covid when the actual issue was chat traffic lol
