Not in my experience. The people who beg for discounts and deals are the same ones who will have no problem harassing you to spend hours holding their hands, even when there is ample documentation on the issues they ask about, as they are too lazy to focus and read. :2 cents:

You're wrong. Buying with a discount people try it out and check how the product is supported. Words before the sale are worth nothing. If everything works well and support responds and provides assistance, it makes sense and move to a higher price. And if, for example, the support does not respond for 2 days (in my case), why bother and pay money further.
