I take cbd oil - its helps with my mood and I never have a bad day. You from USA? Then you got access to good weed.

BTW gym is good.
Also one way of dealing with loneliness it to be happy being by yourself and then that way you have a strong foundation to then build on that and hopefully make some friends.
What about school, college or uni friends?
Why not get a girlfriend instead, might help, lots of apps.
