Welcome :)

Yes, my domains are premium, as are all three letter, dictionary word, domain names in any TLD or gTLD. If you, and most of the surfers, still prefer boyxxxsomething.com instead of boy.gay then OK, maybe I am wrong and I can accept my painful failure.

That was sarcasm. Your sites are not worth the $10.

I pay my doctor a good rate because she knows what she is doing. she spent time, effort and money going to medical school in order to be able to bill out at the amount she charges. I guarantee you that she did not get to charge that rate the day she set foot out of medical school, during her internship or during her first few jobs with whatever practices she worked for before she started her own.

You are wanting to charge for your learning curve. If an experienced webmaster can do in minutes what you can do in months then I would only pay the amount that the experienced webmaster would charge me for the task because I should not have to pay for your learning curve.

I am not talking about the learning curve, I am talking about the result. Maybe you can do a full customized website in one day, and maybe it will take me one month, but if the result is the same (and there's no tight deadline) then why should I be paid in pennies? Because you are the "doctor of the adult industry" and I am just a nurse?
How much would you charge for a website anyway? It is so easy for you, you can do it in minutes, how about $10? I will buy your services. But I am sure that you don't charge $10 because you also "sell your experience" (which includes your "learning curve" too). Maybe you charge $1000+, but me, I am worth <$10.
I am not whining here, I am just trying to make a point. Everyone's work is worth something, maybe not to you people in here but maybe to someone that is not a super duper adult webmaster and cannot do everything by himself in minutes.
I remind you again that I am a Greek and my economic standards are lower, I cannot invest much money or time, I am not trying to make thousands of dollars here or at my other mainstream projects, just a few bucks here and there.

It's so cute that you try to speak my language, even if it's automatic translation, thank you / ευχαριστώ for cheering me up.
I haven't tried your suggestion to create original content, yes, it would be a bit difficult to find people to make porn in Greece. Maybe one day I will search in Brazil and Philippines where I have connections...

I didn't use an automatic translation. I have a home in Karterádos but I know my greek could be
a lot better.

That's not even true of the word "boy", let alone all three letter dictionary words:

https://porkbun.com/checkout/search?q=boy&all=1

(I just noticed if you click the ? next to your name it shows exactly how much you have to pay to renew, $710.)

So if you love that word so much, boy.am is a shorter name than yours and would save you $670 per year, boy.army would save you $690 per year, and so on, through the alphabet.

Just look at the top 100,000 sites. How many that aren't country code TLDs (co.uk, .de, .cn, etc) are not .com? A few .orgs, a handful of .nets, and probably zero .gays.

It's your money though, and you can do whatever you want with it, but if you're down over $1k simply after buying three domains on extensions most people haven't even heard of, two of which you aren't even using properly, then yes, you are doing something wrong.

Why do you keep using this argument? You're not offering to make someone a site, the work you put in was for your own site, and it was up to you to pay yourself for it.

Wow, that's amazing! I mean, both your Greek (it's almost perfect, like, too good to be true), and your property on the most touristic greek island! :thumbsup

Because the domains and website are also for sale... (if someone would give more that $10... :upsidedow )
