My problem though is that I don't really need to lose much weight, I just need to redistribute it. I am 6'3" 185 LBS, and thanks to Covid and my own bad habbits, I now have a gut that I would like to lose.

So I may not win the contest, but I know I'd win for me. When do we start?

Day late and $25 short. Contest started yesterday. Read the thread.

Anybody who's serious about dropping weight should take up boxing. Do it right and you'll shed weight so fast it'll seem like magic. Workouts are suepr intense cardio, so man the fuck up. Been doing it for 2 years. 3 private classes per week + a few sparring sessions.
Best body of my fucking life. Ripped with an almost complete 6 pack. Arms look amazing too! To give you an idea, I was 96 kg when I began. I'm at 80 now and shredded.

If you don't like the idea of being hit, you can still reap the physical benefits of boxing without actually sparring.

Weight is not as important as body fat. All the muscles I had from years of weight lifting became visible when I started boxing. When I hit that 4th or 5th month, it really became noticeable. The most important thing about any type of training is consistency. Boxing also kind of forces you to eat healthy, so there's that too.

177 cm height = should have 77 kg as 177/ 100 = 77 kg. But yes you are right, body fat amount is more accurate as measure, particularly when you build muscles and get extra weight anyway.

The skinny man's gut is hard to lose. I feel like those guys generally drink too much beer.

I was eating nothing for 3 months but carb bars. Lost 15 kg and gained double muscle mass.

Lexi BongaCash 06-30-2021 07:37 AM

That's a great idea, maybe I join next time. already lost quite a lot since beginning of summer. Didn't really plan it, just had quite busy and stressful time, however I don't regret that I lost some weight
