It's not hard to understand that if you have a porn site, you want it to be listed on PornDude.com to drive you quality traffic, so you can make money.

Most of the guys here who talk bad over us are not listed on PornDude or have a pornlist of their own. Did you know there are over 350 porn list sites that most likely got inspired because of PornDude/Tblop's popularity?

What I was trying to say is that under the current situation you could end up with a disgruntled 2257 custodian who is in a position to possibly screw you legally.

The records do not have to be stored with the original producer. You can hire a custodian to hold all of your records.

I don't know how your situation with Sammy will end up. I do know that it is fairly common that when a company fires someone the first thing that happens is to cut off all access that the employee/contractor has to the company's infrastructure.

I think you are taking some folk questioning the way the situation is being handled as criticism of you (or Geoffrey) and your business model. I have not read most if it that way.
