Is the money in motion?

Small payment plans better than 0 payments.. start the flow of cash owed back

I'm just amazed that Colmike acts like an expert on here while needing to borrow money to keep his power connected.

i vouched for Mikey and got him a real position with regular pay helping a client with marketing. i even spent a day getting ftp, email, WP installs done for him. then Mike shit the bed. didn't get anything done on the schedule he created himself. said he was sick, had covid, and some other bullshit. then he threatened the client when the client wouldn't pay him for the work he didn't do. Mike, put down the crack pipe and go get a real brick and mortar job. maybe restaurants work cuz they don't care if you skip work. you aren't cut out for this industry. there are no excuses when you work for yourself - and all you do is make excuses. :2 cents: who is short $18 on an electric bill? :1orglaugh # |
Dude is pointless...

Initially I thought this was about some tiny amount of money that wasn’t worth making a thread about. Especially trying to collect from someone who seems to be in a tough spot and doesn’t have much money to be able to pay back. While it’s still about a small amount of money, it’s the principle that has blown me away.
Those chat logs read like an addict who keeps making up lies to caring people and abusing their kindness so they can get a little more money every time to buy drugs. It would be more understandable if you were an addict. If not… holy fuck. Get your shit together. In life you don’t really get many people who have your back with support. The fact that you asked for money nearly 15 times or whatever, and this guy sent you money every single time you asked (often more than what you asked for) and you’re talking back to him now? You are an absolute loser and need to figure your shit out. Often people you know in real life would make up an excuse if you asked for money, even when you know they are doing well and have a ton. Then there’s sarettah who doesn’t even think twice about sending you money 15 times and doesn’t even tell you to hurry up and pay him back.. and this is what he gets? No good deed goes unpunished. |

Really sucked for me as I ended up having to play project manager in order to get work out of him, a role I did not want to be in. Sucks for him too because the client is really good to work for. When he told them what he was going to charge they told him he was way low and at least doubled up the amount and then, if I remember right, gave him some up front. I don't know if he ever finished the project or not. I do know that he went way past the deadline that he had agreed to. That was the last business I passed his way. . |

Now Mike posts this on the other board: "Because dealing with this bullshit is too much for me now and networking has always just slowed me down and wasted money. I'm not trying to run away from Sarettah. I tried paying it back a couple months ago, I told him that I was waiting on Cam Soda. So, 2 days before I got the Cam Soda check, Sarettah did this exact same bullshit on a Slack channel, basically "Colmike, where is my money!" with a bullshit wall of text, again without first contacting me privately to see what's up. And that was right after I quoted someone's recommendation for Sarettah and I said "Go with X person" THAT is the only reason why Sarettah is doing this. That made me say "Fuck you dude, you're going to wait now" so I cashed it and spent it all on myself." Then this from Mike a couple days ago: "Yeah. I just got my first Chaturbate check of the year, and I'm about to go cash it, and spend it all on myself" Now Mike claims he's out of the industry: "Dude I'm not even in this industry anymore, I keep trying to burn my fucking bridges so that I can get out all the way, but then when I do that, fuckers like you try to drag me back in, which is why I'm in this situation now. I'll bet that's because I don't know shit and that I'm a shitty person, right? I was going to give you that Camsoda money, but you flipped out on me the same way on Slack, so I thought "Nah, fuck you senile idiot" After reading the first part of this thread, I thought I'd throw Mike a bunch of work I need done and just pay Sarettah directly to help out the situation. However, after reading Mike's responses, I have no desire to help him out at all. |

I agree with these guys Mike. You were ok to take money for jobs, but to complete the work, that was a job for us, in itself. Which sucks because you did some really good work, and I appreciated the stuff you did finish. But maybe, at least for a while, you should build back your reputation, if you take on jobs, complete them first before taking peoples money? Just a thought. :)

Like my dad used to say, don't lend money if you expect to be paid back. |

This is a very weak excuse for not paying the money back, and really says a lot about your character. You clearly are looking for any reason in the world not to pay it back. Any dumbass can see that. This reminds me of a time I knew this person who would rent out places but never pay their rent when it came due. Like yourself they used any bullshit excuse they could. The house was not safe by fire standards. The landlord yelled at them after not getting paid. The toilet got clogged. Whatever the fuck they could come up with. Simply to make themselves feel JUSTIFIED in screwing somebody over. Anyone can plainly see that's what you are doing. Your responses are only making you look like more and more of a fool. Good luck with that. |
It was never my intent to "beat up" on mike. However, he was over at the other place lying regarding the situation. I have a real problem when people lie about me, it kind of gets me really pissed, thus my reaction.
If Mike would keep his mouth shut with bragging about how much money he is making while not paying people back and refrain from making up lies trying to make himself the good guy and me the bad guy, then I would be inclined to leave him alone. If he insists on putting up posts about how he is spending other people's money and lies about the situation I will definitely be in his face about it. So, his choice. One last thing: Quote:

many in this industry talk bigger than their bank account. (of course many also do the opposite! :upsidedow) would anyone have joined a program back in the day if the 'playas' showed up to Vegas in a Hyundai?? money attracts money, even when the money is on a credit card - or borrowed! :1orglaugh # |

Colmike, time to pay!
I’ll offer up my story: I also offered colmike work and paid parts of it or the full amount up front, admittedly it was a low amount, possibly between $20-$100. The work was never started/completed and after discussing a bit back and forth, we mutually agreed to cancel the job and I would get refunded. So also happened, I was refunded the same full amount I had offered up front and we both walked away. We tried working together, it did not work out for either of us, we cancelled and came back to zero, only lost a bit of time between us. So colmike, do the right thing and repay Sarettah. I know, first hand, that you know how to pay back! |

Didn't he boast about being a millionaire thanks to success with his blog network a few years ago and then looked for a job? I would be suspicious the moment I see such a story.
Successful people don't spend their time on boards talking about their achievements, scammers do. :2 cents: |

Anybody reading the thread can see it seems to be about money while actually being very little about it at all. Meh ... Karma often has a way of helping even these things out. Anyone who sarettah didn't have a good rep with (if they exist) upped it reading the thread. Should pay back the good turns many times over, not just in money, over the long haul. I avoid it in business, but lots of us got people we lent/lend money knowing they'll probably never pay it back. I've had/got a few. Only one of them thought they were getting one over on me. They weren't. I knew they had no intention of ever paying me back from the start. But I had my own reasons to throw them a float. I'm pretty sure the others meant/mean every word about paying stuff back, even if I knew/know they almost certainly never will. Makes them feel better when they already feel bad about having to borrow. So why take that away? But personal stuff is different. In the business/collegial context of this thread, only one person is clearly taking the piss in very large, repeated scoops ... |

I'm grateful my regular programmer decided to do it for me. I was really heartbroken that it wasn't accomplished with Mike in the time frame I was expecting. The money I paid is gone, I'd never really expected to get it back. I think he might have some good talent, but, my experience was not good, unfortunately. |
this whole thread is disgraceful
@ColMike fucking over one of the coolest dudes here then bragging bout spending all your cash on yo cuz debts aren't important. OHL is sadly right. sorry my mate, know you do come up out smelling like lilacs. people who don't pay debts have a whiw of latrine to them. very sorry this happened much love, gonna come by your place to retrieve my ball, being all American please don't shoot me =) such fuckery all of this though |
