Has anybody had their long-time whales continue spending since Live Jasmin updated their statistics interface?

I had two whales spending nearly every single month for over a decade, and they both suddenly stopped a year or so ago, just when AWE brought in a new statistics dashboard.

I contacted AWE support and they reassured me that whales are still being counted.
