it's not paxum! they needed to do like paypal they never did! ruth is super kool but she can't make your funds move. when they did the bank thing i thought maybe they had power.

ContentBay 06-03-2022 06:02 AM

Funds landed after a month delay.

I got a response from their bot:

Kindly be advised that our banking partner is currently experiencing delays in processing transactions in USD.

We can assure you that they are working as fast as possible to resume the normal processing times but sadly we cannot provide you with an exact timeframe right now.

and I got this response as I was receiving a notification that my funds landed on my bank's account LOL

So yeah, hope this is a one-off because they are still better than Paypal regarding fees, but some other things....

mrpornlive 06-03-2022 09:08 AM

Day 4 and still nothing, got bills to pay next week and need to transfer some other funds. For those who got their funds, was it some delay when you transfered again or is it a one time issue and will be fixed now ? Really worried now guys :-(

Starting to get frustrated here.

We did encounter some delays recently with some outgoing payments, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I checked with the accounting team this morning and they advised that we're pretty much caught up on the backlog that was created by this delay.

Anyone still awaiting a Paxum withdrawal should receive it very soon!

If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime though, our support staff is ready to assist you! We have Live Chat on the website; you can call our Toll Free phone line; email queries can be sent to support (at paxum.com); and account-holders can always open a ticket from inside their account.

Thank you for choosing Paxum for your payments! We know you have options, and we appreciate your business. :thumbsup

My wire transfer from May 7 was returned by my bank today with no reason given

bill_musk 06-09-2022 10:29 PM

Initiated a local bank transfer to my FR bank in EU on the 4th around noon. Still no money in the bank account. Received the same generic message about the partner having a problem.

While I can understand this happens, I deactivated all my payment from Chaturbate to Paxum in the meantime.

gtsix 06-10-2022 12:01 AM

any more information other than "we don't know anything about the situation but it's not our fault"? :1orglaugh

google: why are wires returned paxum?

Mr.K 06-10-2022 02:27 AM

I have the same issues. I withdrew money June 1st and yesterday via EFT to a German bank account.

While all previous months before the money arrived within minutes or maximum 1 business day I am still waiting.

I received the same "standard" reply as everyone else in this thread. I followed up on this standard reply a few days later to receive another standard answer:

Quote:

Hello Christian,

Thank you for contacting us back.

Kindly be informed that your transfer is in Pending, it was not reviewed by the payment processor.

Please note that your transaction must be reviewed in order for its status to be changed to Validated or Declined.

If the transfer is Validated, the funds will be sent to your bank account.

If the transfer is Declined, the funds will be reversed to your Paxum account.

If you want to have your transfer returned, we can send a request.

However, we are unable to guarantee that the transaction will be cancelled as it might reach the beneficiary bank in the meantime, therefore we kindly advise you to allow a few days for the payment to be processed.

Please stop posting 3 replies in 3 minutes to say the same thing. Stealing is a big word and so far nothing is proving that they plan to steal the money. As far as we know, and if you take a minute to read the thread, they have a problem with their partner.

We apologize for the ongoing inconvenience. We have encountered some delays with our banking partner for SEPA EFT. We anticipate a return to normal service in the next few days.

We do have other withdrawal methods available in the meantime, including WIRE and Withdrawal to External Card, along with the Paxum Unionpay card (if you have one).

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Oh, and PS - I'm originally from the UK (and thick-skinned), so if anyone is trying to upset me by calling me a cunt.. good luck with that :error:1orglaugh

mrpornlive 06-10-2022 11:49 AM

I got my transfer after 6 days but in the meantime turned to cosmopayment for my new paycheck as I doubted too much Paxum would be on time. New on Cosmo I got my money in 12 hours but the fees are much higher. Was it a one time issue with Paxum or is it gonna be like this for months ? I really liked the instant payment and low fees and would like to stick to Paxum

Thank you for your feedback, it's nice to hear you prefer Paxum! :)

This delay is a temporary situation and we anticipate it will be resolved next week.

The great thing is that your Paxum account will still be there, so when you feel comfortable to switch back, you'll be able to! :thumbsup

mrpornlive 06-10-2022 12:19 PM

Thanks a lot Ruth for your help !! I was always happy with Paxum but this time had to find a temporary solution as it was my monthly paycheck but when things are fixed will use Paxum again !

But I'm expecting the same issue with the WIRE transfer. The WIRE transfer was initiated on 1st June, and I still didn't get my funds.

Hi Ruth,

I am still waiting for a transfer I made on June 1st.

Banking services like Paxum stand or fall with on-time payments.

Excuses like: "this delay is outside our control." (an excerpt from the auto-generated reply I received after creating a ticket) are unacceptable. This simply should not happen. I am not your banking partner's client. I am YOUR client. So please don't shirk your responsibility.

As being "outside our control is concerned", I wonder why I suddenly have to think about this 1980s movie "Dangerous Liaisons": https://youtu.be/cjUmvHBgHr0?t=87

adultchatpay 06-10-2022 05:30 PM

I hope this EFT issue will be resolved soon, it's a ripple effect.
# 1 is that our affiliate payment gets delayed if we pay in and payout weekly.
# 2 Internal cash flow is affected because we need to settle #1

Hi Ruth, while your tone is reassuring (and thank you for that), the lack of detail and the opacity on the current location of my money is still a bit concerning.

Is there any more detail you can share as to what problems Paxum and the partner have? Is it technical, is it compliance?

Also, in the other thread you mentioned opening a ticket to look into my transaction, unfortunately, as stated, it's the same generic message, which doesn't really help. Reminds me of the bad days when Payonneer stopped adult payment and firstchoicepay went down

TheDude2022 06-11-2022 12:36 AM

Ruth is the best person and its not even close

Sorry guys but when I saw this thread  insulting Ruth  all that she has ever done was helping us and helping us every single time...If you are in trouble who you gonna call? Famous line was is and will be"Ruth to the rescue" ... I mean you CAN NOT TALK THAT WAY:mad: If it was up to me you Mr.lowlife will be banned from here, hell banned from everywhere but knowing Ruth she will do her best to help you...bottom line is even if Paxum(which I hope that will never happen) go down as many before did I will NEVER HOLD ANYTHING VS RUTH. Money comes and go but good people are rare...

I reject the dehumanization of the Paxum team and Ruth Blair. They always treated me well.

Cunt is almost a term of endearment here in the UK.

JamesDrews 06-12-2022 11:17 AM

They are working with Trustly as partner, right? No problems for me so far

Same question got money to transfer on the 15th and don't know if I should use Cosmo or if things got back to normal on Paxum :)
