I did an EFT late friday night. Funds still not in my account and yet it said it was 'validated' straight away.

My WIRE from 6th June still hasn't been deposited. I get below reply from support. @ruthb, please check.

she can't make them process it! they are using banks with bad practices? because the others won't do it.

True .. atleast she can take concern and forward and i guess they use Barclays UK for GBP transfers? I believe it is a good bank ?

Requested a wire (euro) on the 6th, arrived this morning (some far east country)
For some reason i always get my wires pretty fast.

Just a minor complaint which is that i can't withdraw in $ anymore which means it first gets converted to euro by paxum (losing like 2/3% based on actualy currency rate), paying a wire fee (another $50) + local bank fees (another $30).

You can't do EFT to USD right? I thing NL can only do EURO EFT's.

Due to the sensible nature of Paxum main source of payments (adult industry) a lot of banks just don't want to touch that money.

My June 4th Euro local bank transfer (+9,000€) sill hasn't arrived.

Too bad, because I need to pay my affiliates as well. I am now delayed for days now.

Paxum really should have a notice on the EFT/WIRE withdrawal pages to warn people, so maybe they can use an alternative method.

The bank must be doing the EFT payments manually atm, i am guessing. Thus the delays and backlog.

Very embarrassing and inconvenient for people who have funds in limbo when they have made promises to other parties about payment!

It would be good if Ruth could tell us what DOES work like converting USD to Euro than requested Wire/ETF so we can get our next transfers through without making the backlog worse.

ETF to Thailand not arrived yet since last week.

I received my money today (bank account in Germany). EFT transfer initiated on Saturday, 4th of July. It was made with a SEPA real time transfer just like before but executed after five weekdays assuming that the 6th might have been a holiday (pentecoast).

Told ya , Paxum has invented time travel to clear backlogs . July 4th EFT received today 😂

Day 10. Paxum EFT received!

I'm waiting for one more EFT withdrawal which is on day 4 now.

Since I don't have the luxury of waiting this long for bank transfers, I'm using another payment solution in the meantime.

Whenever Paxum withdrawals are back on track being instant or max 24 hours again, I'll be more than happy to use them again.

For close to 5 years Paxum was perfect for me until their recent issues with banking partners.

Update: Other EFT Withdrawal received now also on day 4. I guess I'll give Paxum another shot hoping that they've dealt with any issues they had properly. I don't know if my withdrawal will be delayed again if I use another new payment processor. Usually KYC verification takes some time.:(

Great to hear EFT's are coming in. Still waiting for mine. Should be here very soon.

I'm still waiting for my EFT from the 7th of June. The guy from their live chat told me he can't provide a time frame.

For a transfer sent on the 4th of june. Just crossing my fingers it arrives this week.
I asked for reason of delay (technical or compliance) but they ignored my question.

I received 2 EFTs yesterday with a delay of 2 and 9 business days.

Received an EFT transfer yesterday only with a delay of one business day.

Got the money in my bank account 3 hours after posting this. Still a pretty big delay, but yeah, got it.

Just received it!

It seems that EFT has resumed to normal (instant to within hours)
The delay came from EFT's made last week.
Still waiting for mine made on June 9th.

Works normal here.

I got the 1st out of 3 EFT's just now. Good sign.
I wonder why they did not arrive at the same time.
