I don't have high hopes and nothing in my post would indicate that.
I only stated the truth about the massive tube concept.
You must be raking in the cash with a tube to even give a shit about my comment.

What the fuck do you know. You have a 404 website. And that is complete old school bullshit. I make money and don't milk dead cows. Do you?

Nope. Not when I know I am right. What did you ever do? Did you ever shoot a porn scene, pay for it, and have it stolen and fenced by Mangeek?......

It wasn’t just tubesites.. these fuckers destroyed the adult affiliate industry because they bought up all the sites then stopped updating them and banged the fuck out of the end users credit cards. They took the profits and bought out site after site repeating this process until they destroyed The entire industry.

That is pretty much what happened. But it didn't quite destroy it. A lot of us are still doing well. But we would have been doing much better if the thieves hadn't been welcomed in the back door.

I think you are confusing this with Deecash...

Mindgeek, at least in the times with Fabian, had cleaned up their tubes quite a bit, licensed a shit ton of content and paid very good money to producers for custom content.

When Fabian was out, it started to go downhill

But Deecash never even made the attempt to keep the sites going, he just took the credit card numbers and fucked the shit out of them

Not entirely true. Listen to the Financial Times Hot Money podcast. It is all there./

Does it contain proof that during Fabians tenure he was responsible for credit card banging?

Cause all I can say is based on my personal experience while Fabian was at the helm.

I knew the people before him (Sammy etc), they were a lot more "flexible" than Fabian.

And when Fabian was gone, a certain someone from this industry made sure we were removed from shooting for Mindgeek. (maybe I will be writing memoirs one day...)

And I have no idea what happened after that.

Not cc banging, but buying up businesses.

well, yeah, but that was no secret - or evil plan or something like that.

whether it all made sense - especially so fast - is a different topic.

but to buy something, you also need someone willing to sell

Indeed.
Also let's keep in mind that numbers communicated are PR, not official.
Mindgeek always insisted in communicating "we're n°1" "we have the biggest staff with over 1000 employees". But in reality N°1 is a contested prize with Xvideo/Xnxx, and over 1000 employees... I would say "close to 1000" was more the reality.
1600, no, that's a number to "make you look big". But actually, it's silly because everyone thinks "what do you do with so many people??? Shouldn't you be a much bigger company to have that many people???"

Mindgeek's competitors are companies that run correctly with 100 to 300 people... more than that is overhead, corporate politics, inefficency.

So... maybe it's really a smart move to restructure the company and keep the most important people in the team on the most profitable projects?

Also... maybe depending on the new CEO appointed maybe they can start cleaning their practices and re-open conversations with Visa/MC?

In any case to those who believe that Mindgeek is going down, or that tube business models is going down... you're just not living on the right planet. MindGeek is a big machine and it will live on, maybe not as big and as high as what its creators were hoping but it's going to be around for long.
And tube sites... they're here to stay. Now, it would be great for the industry if they could see the crucifiction of Mindgeek as a real threat and would also clean their practices not to be next... which would really be a very positive thing for the industry.

Ultimately, we would all benefit of an industry that has clear rules, guidelines, and can exist within these frames on the long run.

Anyway, so far, people I know in Mindgeek are still there... let's see.

You do know it was the Krystoff article that brought PH to their knees, right? Nothing to do with bloat apart from the fact they are bleeding debt. One guy, Bill Ackman read the NYT article, was totally offended by PH's "business model", called up his pal Ajay Banger who is the CEO of Mastercard and a week later BOOM!
So what do you think their chances are of renegotiating CC billing? They pissed off some serious financial people. And they are not big enough financially to make a ripple in the credit card business. Netflix makes more money in a week than PornHub does in a year.

You should be thinking what is best for this business and that could be the end of PH. But we are a very vulnerable business. We can be stopped overnight if we piss off M/C and Visa. So we probably shouldn't and we should probably make sure we follow their rules.

It does not matter if Samy, Fabian, Feras, David or Bernd are at the helm. My view of Manwin aka MindGeek is one of a criminal enterprise, and therefore they were all thieves.

Around the time that Manwin poached Jules Jordan of all his people, Manwin/MindGeek was interested in doing business with one of the companies I managed. Therefore I agreed to having a phone conversation with Manwin leadership. Knowing what happened with JJ, I told him something along the lines of "a bullet in the back of the head of anyone that leaves ___________ for Manwin, would fix any legal deficiencies we had with our employment contracts" which prohibited disclosing our IP and walking to a potential competitor.

I then proceeded to laugh. There was silence on the other side, and quickly the conversation was wrapped up.

Happy to write, no one left the company. :2 cents::2 cents::2 cents:

I had a very profitable tube and took zero credit cards directly. Should Visa ban them all today it will change nothing.

Ding Dong. They are not the biggest player in porn. Far from it. Not even close. And losing their billing will sink them when their competition didn't. Think Legal Porno.
