when he got his air fryer he was so excited, sent me a pic of him holding it grinning so widely. I actually laughed out loud it was so funny. he didn't get to use it for long but he was so pleased it with it

I just sent my son a picture of a three gallon stock pot I'm very excited to have acquired. Must be an old guy thing. :1orglaugh

Unfortunately, having diabetic neuropathy in my right hand, makes it difficult to peel the egg itself without gouging huge chunks of the egg itself while peeling.

The EggPod means I simply have to shake it a few times and the egg pops right out of the shell, whole and intact :)

It's the same thing except it rotates the round platter and mixes the food with a little arm.

It's absolutely an old guy thing. Me and my friends 15 years ago were all 'check out this bitch i fucked last night', now we're talking about my new sweet ass lawn mower and how easily the pull start fires it up.

I actually don't mind scooping the litter, just one of my cats has VERY furry paws and she tracks (clean) bits of litter all over the floor near the box. she's smart so I should prolly put down a mat and teach her to wipe her feet

empathetic with your situation, for others, a jar works well, i use cleaned used jam jars to remove the layers from garlic and for boiled eggs, this works the same, shaking the sealed jar vigorously.

save cleaning that huge thing out :thumbsup

Also tried one of these, you have to use a non-clumping litter and my cat was not really into it. Back to scooping.

Also tried this one, more trouble than it was worth.

again with the enclosed spaces. after all the planes my babies freak out even when I put them in their carriers for vet visits

no fucking way, or even if they used one that's enclosed it would be uncomfortable for them

I honestly don't find manual scooping much of a chore. WAY prefer that to doing laundry. the litter has a scent so no icky smells and the clumping stuff gets all the pee as well as the poops and leaves the remainder of the litter clean

not sure how many cats you have but with my two, scooping takes like 60 seconds, tops. same when I had three

some gadgets may work for some, but for some they're just neat but impractical concepts. I much prefer manual, as looking at their poops while scooping is also a good way to check their gastro-intestinal health. like the poops are too runny, gotta ease back on their stinky wet food treats a bit, that kinda thing

now a self-cleaning cat would be cool, but honestly I'm messier than they are :upsidedow

electric kettle and pour-over coffee dripper are essential for caffeine addicts.

pour-over is the way.

That top section is optional. You can run it open as well:

I feel you though, scooping the box doesn't actually bother me (it was a pain point for my ex), and the bodily functions are easiest way to monitor your pets health.

My favorite household gadget left me for my neighbor, she said I was too sexist

poop talk? you so know CS is fapping to this right now :1orglaugh

almost forgot the most important thing: a spare lighter
my old one died this afternoon and my backup one fell into a bowl of laundry soaking before washing last week

was lighting cigs off my stove (honestly the only time I use it myself) 'til my friend came over tonight bearing gifts of fire

I don't know much about wine, but why just old bottles?

I am having problems with my Irobot M6

https://helios-i.mashable.com/imager...1638020378.jpg

Something is wrong, he can't map the apartment properly. He is confused and I am unsure what to do. I am about to buy one of those Chinese robot vacuum cleaners soon and compare how he is doing the job.

Check the reviews throroughly to be sure it is not an exploding model. Like some phones, mobile batteries, chairs, etc...

The Durand is the best tool for extracting damaged/compromised corks without breaking them and having the bits fall into the bottle. Any opener can open a new bottle.

Because the classical corks are more and more replaced by screwed metal capsules on wine bottles.

that would actually be hilarious (for me, not them) to wheel them downtown strapped in a baby carriage to get a cab to St Ann's Bay (only vet and tech I trust work there)

not like Black folk don't already think we're insane. there is only a very small handful of white and palefaces in my town (actually in terms of the latter I think I'm the only one). aside from the tourists, who tend to just drink too much, mimic what they 'think' JA culture is, are stingy with tips and act like fools

I don't really try to 'fit in' with anyone. just am who I am. mostly par with Rastas as our cultures are so similar

but yeah, I did smile at the concept. my friends would just think I'm being my normal odd self :upsidedow

(my friends love my cats, sometimes not sure if the platonic ones come over to see me or them)

I always used to just buy business stuff and eat out or get delivery, but I've been kinda enjoying household gadgets lately. Love my top of the line Vitamix and my $12 garage doorstop I can flip with my foot. Simple pleasures.

Really? I've only noticed metal capsules on staggeringly shit wine like Carlo Rossi or something. Even most cheap 5 euro bottles have classic corks, at least here...

Not sure about elsewhere, but in Scotland, you can rent a stroller for your pup

corks over 20yrs old just don't have the integrity to be pulled by an ordinary wine opener.

I won't even comment on the twist off. :1orglaugh
