Shimmy, gotta trust the math from someone who did your site design. Her math seems to check out to me. And a plus is you document your, uhm, workout routine. Edit: okay, I love that you actually helpfully document and share your fitness regimen later in this thread. |

I'm now 100% vegan. Huel Black Caramel Coffee is my choice. 40 grams of protein. Never felt better. |

can't order it without spending a ton as they don't ship to JA (no one but amazon does) and even if they did, shipping costs here are insane. the $15 cat donut I bought for my Bika off of the reddit rec's? shipping was $47 on top once it got through customs for something that weighs ounces, not pounds not gonna take out a loan to import shake powder, I have cigarettes to buy here they only have ensure, glycerna and that nasty slimfast ish. I'm lucky to even have that selection tbh. glycerna is the lowest in fat and cals and the highest in protein by far compared to the other two so I'm ok with it but re shipping that's par for the course here. welcome to Jamrock gracias for the rec tho and enjoy. didn't know you were vegan, very cool tips glass =) |

it's pretty decent, the powder version I mean. prefer the powder to the individual bottles as I hate tossing away so much plastic the stuff I buy in town is this one: https://glucerna.com/nutrition-produ...powder-vanilla you gotta shake it REALLY, REALLY well after mixing it with water (I just shake it up in a big jar with a tight lid), but once you do it tastes pretty good. not too chemically and not too heavy on the stomach |
weight 105kg, height 1.98m, around 5% body fat.
I eat most of the time organic food, but when I don't is due to traveling. Never used anabolics in my life. Supplements: protein isolate, creatine & vitamins. No carb diet 4 days a week (16-18 hours fast those days), low-carb diet 3 days a week. High fat and protein diet 7 days/week. I dont drink alcohol but when I do its gin & tonic. https://i.imgur.com/zIzeOUK.jpg |

Having a six-pack and being fit are 2 separate things. Its actually not very healthy to have a very low fat level all year round.

Six-packs are the result of a strict diet and don't have much to do with a workout routine |
Looks like Farang deleted his photo from his original post.
Unlike Farang, I've never taken gear. I wouldn't trade my body for any material possession in the world including cash, body acne, hair loss, aged skin or kidney failure. I have my ideal physique. I have no intention of looking like a clumsy bodybuilder. I prefer to have a smooth, majestic stride with my long legs. I'm always being complimented on my "smooth stroke" fadeaway jumper from watching MJ in the 90s. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Dl71ul8UwAAODZA.jpg |

It's not how you look, it's how you perform. Case in point: Muhammad Ali https://nypost.com/wp-content/upload...y=75&strip=all https://qph.cf2.quoracdn.net/main-qi...dc5a702f406-lq Sports are not always about aesthetics. Ali wasn't the most muscular or hardest puncher. He was the greatest because of his incredible footwork. Another case is Tom Brady who is the greatest QB ever. https://www.si.com/.image/t_share/MT...lder-title.jpg I prefer playing sports in the outdoors and not sticking needles in my ass in a musty gym. |
Another greatest athlete of his sport, Michael Jordan was more concerned with getting 6 championship rings than 6 visible abs
https://www.vanishingtattoo.com/tatt...jordan_001.jpg Lionel Messi, the greatest footballer wasn't too concerned about abs either: https://i.pinimg.com/736x/c7/07/a8/c...0ebd46c208.jpg As mentioned earlier, abs impress homosexuals and dumb broads who don't know any better. |
