believing that eating fish and eggs will make kids tall and blonde is like saying that earth is flat. Genetics all the way. Saying that, certain climates can pull recessive genes out and make them more prominent. Colder climates don't need darker skin tones for example, so up north people will be paler, this applies to hair colour as well.
