Anybody instrument rated? I only fly visual in nice clear weather. I never got that far after giving up on a commercial license. I never saw a need for that flying for fun.

I did quite a bit of instrument training for safety reasons, but yeah if the sky is anything more than partly cloudy, I didn't really care to fly.

No matter how rich I get, this is a flex I'll never be able to join in on. I ain't flying shit, ever. You should see me in turbulence. Y'all brave af.

My uncle had a Cessna and a boat - he sold both because after some enthusiasm in the beginning he rarely used either.
