As far as "skinny", most AI have lots of built-in biases, especially with non-white people. Lol, some of the baggage of 25 years in porn does follow me. I used to try to please everyone, until I realized it was impossible. I do have less patience now that I used to, especially when the the criticism given is from someone with no intention of doing biz anyway, or was made “just to be an asshole”. Assuming you don't mean actual deepfakes porn (in which case just use the original deepfake app), look into Midjourney. It's not free, and it's not practical for adult stuff, but presumably that won't fly on Instagram anyway (or would it, I have no idea?).

Wouldn't surprise me if we have video by next year.

Thing about that is, though, a site with petabytes of videos that isn't fussy who owns them might dominate the market. We'll may jump from 1995 to 2008.
