I haven't had one piece of fast food in over 4 years since I became allergic to wheat

I do love their breakfast but my kids love McD's so outside of my normally cooking dinner I treat them once a week. I'm trying to get them away from it but their marketing to kids is excellent. Prefer Wendy's or local small business's that cook real food and send it off.

I ate a pound of elk meat yesterday and I woke up with a raging hard on. McDonald's and all fast food is poison.

GFY meat eaters almost sound like them annoying vegetarians from a few years ago.

I'm noticing it's the same people that say meat is superior that think certain people are superior too, but are the ones crying about the backfire from that mentality (the replacement) and having to use fiber supplements now to take normal shits (shout out to Duke).

I don't have them problems, but I support your right to have them problems. Support mine to be problem free. There are no useless proteins, unless you have a weird mental thing going on where you think all the things you do are the only things that matter. Quinoa, Rice and beans, etc... i'm good, healthy and have this cool mental thing from it where I don't care what other people eat and don't feel like I'm superior because I figured out other ways to get my protein without all the saturated fats and bad cholesterol... And can eat a random burger without my stomach tying up into knots.

lol You guys can't handle the truth. Meat is superior and Western civ doesn't exist without ytee.

Wendy’s tastes too much like real food. I know that doesn’t make sense but feel me lol

mechanicvirus 06-17-2024 12:11 PM

Hold up, why don't more people call it Macca's like they do in aussie land?

The Jr Bacon Cheeseburger patties are getting thinner and thinner, the last ones I had seemed so thin it was like eating a CD-thin layer of beef!

Interesting article on food at the Paris Olympics:

Of course, Olympians aren't as healthy as dwellers on this board nor have half the food knowledge.. but yeah..

One-third of the available food will be plant-based, with an emphasis on plant protein. Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, halal and kosher dishes will be prepared around the clock for the guests at the athletes’ village.

Killswitch 06-22-2024 06:51 AM

I eat mcd's like 4-5 times a week, ya'll are fucking weaklings.

Basic logic. If you do any diet and then need to supplement some vitamins, because they are missing in your diet, its not a diet ideal for humans. We are omnivores by nature, can't fight the nature and win.

Vegetarian diet is much more sustainable than vegan. Eggs and cheese can replace meat, no problem, because there is no better protein source for humans than eggs. Plant protein is mediocre and only creates digestive issues if we wanted to eat all protein from plants.

Of course, soy boys who are 120lbs and eat 50g of protein daily, can eat anything and keep their soy boy status intact.

grzepa 06-23-2024 01:34 AM

Well I just ate my eggs and bacon , still love the taste of homemade soy milk. It's also good for you , like everything in moderation. Variety is the key.
