Taylor Swift has had some pretty awesome shows at Staples when I worked there. Met her dad too

When metalica covered “mistreated” by Deep Purple

New stadium? Or the old one where you can see the games from the 4 train?

Anyway, I seen DMX live in Jacksonville Florida in '99. That was his peak. It was incredible for me as a kid. We mosh pitted for Ruff Ryder's Anthem.

Jay-Z was there too, but DMX was the ONE.

Little known fact, bro could roll a blunt with one hand without looking at it.

R.I.P

Pink Floyd, Ames Iowa 1994. They had the giant inflatable pig with flaming eyes and they flew a WWII fighter plane into the wall. Lots of explosions and fire work. They wrapped it up with the huge disco ball that lit up the entire place. Great long solid show. Unfortunately I was too coked up and couldn't stop talking.

My first Babymetal concert at Brixton Academy in London 2019 ;)

In 2013 I went to see Green Day in London and for their encore they played all of Dookie. At the time that was unheard of and a wonderful surprise.

Of course now they are touring and playing all of Dookie and American Idiot at every show, but 10 years ago it felt pretty special.

Must have been somewhat around 2000 - we went to a secret unanounced Green Day concert in Hamburg with like 500 people or so. That was pretty fun

I'm yet to embark in a (at least) six hours podcast multi-episodes around that track in "A History of Rock Music in 500 songs."

OH shit that's sad man :( I really would love to hear Bowie in concert, especially this , the wierdest goddamn song ever created on Earth:

Some say he faked his death.

Will check out that song. Do you know Time Will Crawl from the 1980s?

You were a talented child
You came to live in our town
We never bothered to scream
When your mask came off
We only smelt the gas
As we lay down to sleep

Time will crawl and our heads bowed down
Time will crawl and our eyes fall out
Time will crawl and the streets run red
Time will crawl 'til the 21st century lose

The girl took this song to English class with her. They were doing song lyrics. She said no one understood it.

It kind of has 'Little Wonder' vibes to it, without the 90's electro/club/remix thing going on.
