I am in New York and I received payment today, as per usual. I am very sorry for all the EU webmasters struggling to get payment!

The fact that ACH is functioning without problems is good news

blogsy 05-06-2025 09:05 AM

This is not looking good, crippling for EU webmasters / site owners that only have CCBill as their main / only biller. In days gone by, billings reps would be on this thread giving updates...

#2. I not want to belive of bancrupcy etc theory but before weekdn they tell me that I can use ACH with them So I send them info about my bank. But they say if I am shure it can accept ASH. So it looks in banks in EU (and please correct me if I am wrong) can not use ACH.
I send them request to do to me paxum or simple swift transfer to my account. If they not do this (and I really can not find a reason why they can not do simple swift transfer) it will clearly looks that idea that they want to stole money is rather correct.

Yes, OF still uses CCBill and I imagine it provides most of their processing revenue. They are doing fine financially.

US merchants like me are receiving their weekly ACH deposits without delay or problems.

Therefore it is most likely an issue with EU and SEPA.

blogsy 05-06-2025 09:45 AM

Strange then that Epoch payments still come through weekly

Sly 05-06-2025 10:28 AM

My American account has also been receiving its weekly deposits.

What I heard was that they (CCBill) were have issues with one of their intermediary banks that processes payments to Europe. They (CCBill) are undoubtedly looking for solutions ASAP but when it comes to acquiring banks it can take time.

This reminds me of when a US-based Silicon Valley bank went under and it messed up PayPal's Business Loans division, along with other online lenders. It took weeks, perhaps several months, to get a new bank. So my guess is this is what is happening.

The good news (hopefully) is that EU webmasters would get one giant payout once this issue is resolved.

Today news:

Merchant Support
We were informed last night around midnight that the SEPA payout were sent to all the Merchants that had missing payouts. As the SEPA transfers usually take 24-48 hours, you can expect you receive your funds on Monday at the latest.

if anyone in EU get money any day soon please give info.

We have been through this before, several times many moons ago with 3 different billers, Lancelot, IBill and one other I cant recall. The signs are fairly clear imo. Funds may appear intermittently but I suspect this is a biller in decline and one that will fold in the next 4 - 8 weeks.

I could be wrong..

Sad, esp after 20+ years with them

CCBILL also wrote to me that the money would arrive no later than Monday, May 12th. And of course nothing arrived at all! They just lie and lie all the time.

Any site owners / webmasters receive anything yet?

greg1 05-13-2025 02:35 AM

I received a random payment out of 6 missed payments. The dollar-euro exchange rate is much worse than it was before the problems with payments.

NiceGoodMan 05-16-2025 07:17 AM

We got all our payments, two missing today and other two missing on Wednesday.. and closed this chapter. It was a bit painful to wait for all but in the end I guess all is now OK and we go on. Just FYI: All missing payments, we received already as of today.

Good news, Nice.

As for this week Monday 12th May - scheduled normally- still waiting ,correct?

alexthorn 05-16-2025 02:48 PM

I got two more today. So still missing 4 (from total 9).

xxxclusive 05-17-2025 12:26 PM

alexthorn 05-28-2025 04:38 PM

What company do you actually receive payments from? In our case it was SPAYCE. For the payment I'm still waiting for, they told me it was sent from another company. It seems like they've gone completely crazy and are doing their best to completely lose trust.

Hey

As company You ask for intermediary bank? Since company is always ccbill. They are my billing processor for my websites.

So intermediary bank for EU payments:
Before problems ccbill was sending via WORLD FIRST NETHERLANDS B.V (Herengracht 458, 1017 CA Amsterdam, Holandia)

From time when payments was restored ccbill send payments via Inpay A/S (Toldbodgade 55b, 1253 København, Dania)

Country code if IBAN`s used after change was Luxemburg and Germany.

My 4 ones what are missing are in betwen. I think they send money and lost them on the way and now try to track them.

As long as they used their own account in Malta, they paid on time.
Since they started sending money through WORLD FIRST, there have been problems.
Anyway, they have completely lost our trust and we are using another payment gateway already.
We only left rebills through CCBILL, which still generates money, but it is of no use because they have not paid us the money. Bastards.

alexthorn 05-29-2025 05:14 PM

problem is that is only one alternative on same level like ccbill and is epoch

Any other option is better than CCBILL. It was important for us to cut them off from other income. They obviously want to keep the money, otherwise they would have paid long ago. Today we also turned off rebills and sent a notification to clients to use the new payment gateway.

"keep money" May be yes, may be not.
I think they send money and they not back but dissapear. They propably try to track this money and not send new (in place of this missing ones) in reason that they can not be shure that merchands not got them. They propably first want to get them back and after send to merchands.
I understand their situation but is not my problem that they lost this money.
I put them already ultimatum date (12 of next month) and after that date I will try to gat a payment order from the court and if they do not comply, then a bailiff's execution. They still operate and they want to operate thats for shure.
