Honestly, if you rely on ChatGPT to resolve this matter, you can't be surprised that you still don't have your money. If your debtor is reading this discussion, he is undoubtedly having a great time with your posts and clearly knows from them that he doesn't have to pay you personally :-)

I am convinced that there will be many times more victims than those involved in these discussions. Some of them probably still trust the debtor's promises and are waiting, the other part doesn't even know about this discussion forum, registration is quite difficult (the Captcha system can only be overcome after many attempts, because the code is difficult to recognize). Another part is undoubtedly solving this matter directly through their lawyers and does not discuss anything with anyone. From many posts, they may rightly get the impression that it would not help them in any way.

I only joined this discussion after I had received all the money, because it was clear to me that if there were a bankruptcy or insolvency, only the first few creditors would have a chance to get their money.

Anyway, you are constantly discussing completely unnecessary things here and you are completely missing the point.

I had exactly the same payment issues as you every month. Today, payments are processed correctly, but one payment is still missing for me.
I can’t quit CCBill right now since I just paid for Mastercard and Visa, but I will reconsider it next year. (Check out ThePornDude webmaster / payment providers).

Hello everyone,

A small update on the situation and a little story:

The person I was talking to at the very beginning (April and onwards) at CCBill was trying to help, but later changed positions, and for the past month and a half she was replaced by “Zorica.” Since CCBill started sending the latest funds (selectively, but still) through their company in the UK, I asked Zorica for a manual payout of the ENTIRE OUTSTANDING balance (which amounted to about 14 transfers). She kept claiming that she had submitted such a request and was waiting for it to be processed (I was following up every 4 days).

Somewhere at the start of the fourth week, I had almost fully set up a backup billing system and was ready to turn off recurring payments. But you know, that would have meant losing 70% of clients… it would have been a shame. So, I reached out to CCBill again, and it turned out Zorica was on vacation. But there was someone else. Someone competent. Very, very competent.

Within a few days (3, I think), the transfers in CCBill’s tables were reorganized, and payouts were scheduled for the day before yesterday and the following Monday. And today, I also received some of the other missing transfers. In the end, from 14 it went down to 4, with 1 already ordered.

If I finally get all I will give You info but it is progress anyway.

Well is not yet 100% resolved. As far as I know they send this what come back to them. So is possible that now will be battle to get this what NOT come back to them.

Over the last weeks more or less regular payouts from Spayce (some week none, some week two), however three cheques still missing since almost two months! I send reminders every week, but no reply the whole last month. Chat with zero new information. Back in May they offered to issue paper cheques again, did anyone try this?

Same here, all comes well now but still missing 3:
PAYOUT date: 30.june.2025
PAYOUT date: 28.july.2025
PAYOUT date: 11.august.2025

first one is over 65 days late.

I reported this twice. I think the legal intervention will be needed anyway. I thinked that problem can be around not returned transfers but this one from 11 august is already missed by their center in UK.

Now I wait to first payment with new processor will be done.

Me too missing the cheque from June 30 (a merged cheque including a re-issued cheque from April) and from July 7. The latest payout on Friday was only a small fraction of the actual amount due (about a tenth). Zorica said Accounting has re-issued the difference.

Zorica back from vacation, yes. Before there was Nela P who provided some help, both 'account manager', but I never talked to someone from the 'Accounting Team' directly handling the issue. Sending just a small fraction of the full cheque is new and concerning...

There's going to be a lot more people in Europe not being paid by CCBill soon - just heard from my UK bank, they will stop processing foreign cheques from Nov 2025, all other UK banks will possibly follow their lead

They do here and then. I had Inpay, Spayce, BPKODEFF...next week's big cheque contains reconciled amounts, keeping fingers crossed that it doesn't get stuck again...
