Breaking confidence is shitty. If DH was talking shop and throwing around some ideas that he had and the next day someone asks if they can have your idea, what kinda crap is that? DH didn't register the domain the next day so he must not want to do it? Give me a break. I would be pissed too.

I think the anger builds from someone betraying your confidence because it makes you feel like you can't be yourself, like you have to horde all your information and crawl into a cave. It's like looking over your shoulder when walking in a bad neighborhood, no one wants to have to do that shit.

And all this happens after being hooked up for the weekend. Whether it be a few dollars here and there or not.

I didn't know Drinkinghard ( although he has a nice nick :glugglug ) ), I did know Nysus (since the Millionth post ) and he seemed a very nice guy ( even to nice for GFY ). Originally I thought Drinkink Hard was statring a BS thread, since the comments from Nysus were convincing.
But, to be honest, what DH said above is even more convincing.
I'm also interested why Nysus is broke ( yes, I've heard, he had to pay $1000 for his dog surgery ) since he claims to be working in this biz since 5 years. And since he loves great ideas ( as anyone who read all this thread must had noticed ), it's kinda strange the apart from dreaming about them, he is doing nothing right now ( ? - at least DH said so )... Well, if he won the 1000000th post contest ( doesn't matter how ), he got some great prices for it ( lots of content, special deal with partnership programs etc ...) and I wonder why he didn't start anything with it... I'm not taking any sides here, but if you accuse a person of cheating (allegedly rigged 1 mill contest) you HAVE TO show the proof.

As for comments made about Jason, its not the first id heard about him, I actually heard them exact words from others. everyone talks shit about everyone, its just when we find out it hurts.

Jason is really a great guy, I've known him personally for years and seen him help out more than enough webmasters and ppl in general, including myself. for those that got nothing better to say about him obsiously dont know who Jason is...

I only started to try making money 2 years ago as I was underage before then. And yes, I had to pay $1250 for Kylie's vet bill. For this past time I have been learning and fiddling/trying out different things, and also being a full time student until 6 months ago. I started when I was 15 doing programming for an adult company and also ended up doing web design for them as well. I gradually grew interest in this whole thing over the years, so it is not as if I have been in this full-time for 5 years as you seem to think.

DrinkingHard said I paid for nothing which was just a lie to try to make me look cheap and aid his 'user' point of view.

I did not have enough for my own room for 3 nights, the bus ticket there and back, and for eating out. I had enough for food and paying for a third of a room.

I asked if I could stay with DrinkingHard and Jeff, Jeff being a good local friend, they said no problem - and since DrinkingHard was already picking Jeff up I asked if I could get a ride as well, since Jeff and I live a 15 minute walk away from each other.

The only thing I did not have money for was drinks and entertainment which I could have done without. It definitely made the trip much better being involved in different things, and I thank and thanked everyone when they offered to pay for something.

Regarding why I am 'broke' and supposedly not doing anything, I never said that I was not working on anything. The people I care to know what I am doing are the people who know.

The GFY prizes were good prizes, though as a whole did not create an instant solution for anything I had planned. I am using them slowly and will thank the proper people when the time comes.

How I won? I gave myself the best chances as possible by posting every 20 seconds which is the board limit inbetween posts. I also tried guessimating how many posts per minute there would be towards the finale to see around what times I should post at - though that likely really wouldn't account for much.

Some people who posted in here seem to not have all the facts, so please read everything said and make an unbiased conclusion on your own.

I hope the above clears some things up.

Well here is my idea of all this.

1: To be honest this whole thread was useless to start. Could have been solved in private. DH was playing with Nysus, and Nysus was replying. If i was in the shoes of Nysus, and IF i ever replyed i would have say something like " hahaha bring it on boy" That way i wouldn't be blamed for brining out private info's. But everybody thinks different so.....

2: Business is Business DH, Personally i wouldn't share my idea in a car with other persons unless I would need them all for my plans. So basicly I think it's your own problem that you've shared your idea. Don't blame others for stealing your ideas man. it isn't stealing, the idea was shared by yourself!

3: Why didn't any admin from GFY deleted this thread? Is this info we really want to know?Do i care what one thinks about the other? Not really, It's their own problem.

4: Personally i think that the smartest one would have been the one that didn't replyed in this thread. Action causes REaction. But it's YOU who decides what the REaction will be.

5: Dh personally i think it's verry low to say really personal things about somebody's else finance. Why man? If you buy him drinks or whatever how the hell can you blame that person afterwards that he has no money? Given is given. It's that simple.
