MPA2 is O.K. and it is not ripping webmasters off ... cheating module is only a additional option, owners have possibility but it don`t mean that they cheat ...

I think, if owner of partnership program wants to cheat, he will cheat! And it doesn't depend on any software or something. There are always some ways to cheat :)
