First off..there is no "vice" unit. He watched too much miami vice I think. It's sex crimes. 403-206-8390 is the number to call to find out. Major crimes is headed up by a Major Davison, and a Cochran runs the sex crimes division. There is no vice crimes division at all.

And yes...there is an active complaint against him. He's a "known" person, but they won't say why. My guess..I'm not the first.

In theory this is an ok idea. However, I myself am not going to stop this from happening, any more than he is. My husband worked for an ISP that provided internet to a middle-eastern country and was asked to report anyone going to a pornographic site.. He did so a few times, and then he asked what happeend to the people that were reported. When he was told they were publically stoned to death, he promptly asked to change accounts. Would YOU want to be responsible for the death of someone you don't even know? My statement was facetious, in case you didn't notice.
