I don't appreciate you claiming that I cheated any programs, yours or otherwise. And as far as I'm concerned I have always conducted business in a very ethical manner from day one and every client who has retained the services of my company has been completely satisfied and has always renewed our traffic deals. Seems I'm doing something right and I won't change so long as my customers are happy with their services. WG |

I find the comments and the smarmy attitude of 49thparallel to be useless and unproductive. Budrow, if you're going to make some sort of move against SI, then shut the fuck up and do it instead of cockin off on a message board with your sugar plum shit. And before you start running your beak my way, know this: IF you manage to actually prove anything you've said against SI, and IF you manage to bring some sort of injunction against 12click's company <i>legitimately</i> and based in fact rather than fiction, I will be the first to tell you "well done". But the fact is, I really don't see any merit to your allegations or anything coming from your threats regarding any legal action etc. So far, sugar plum, you're looking quite lame. |

1) Stick to only facts that can be reinforced by the words or actions of others. example: The 12Clicks defence against anyone that attacks: Do you want fries with that?; Day job comments; blah blah, blah. See why that is such a weak position to take. This is paramount to a school yard chant of, "My dad can take your dad". Completely irrevelant and demonstrates your need to resort to possible but unproven scenarios. But keep trying, my little sugar plum (boy, that name is really growing on me). As you said, stop trying to make yourself look like a somebody on an Adult chatboard. Practice in the real world there champ...it's going to sting for a bit..but well worth the effort. Remember your mantra...I think I can, I think I can...you little steam engine you! |

I don't appreciate you claiming we didn't pay you for no reason. If you want to keep saying it, I'll keep defending myself and I promise you, this is what I do for fun. You're a small potato who'd go completely un noticed if it weren't for your crying over breaking our rules. I suggest you take a hard look around at who's agreeing with you and decide if thats the crowd you really want to be associated with. |

And to those that question my "unfounded" accusations of unethical practice by 12 clicks, here's just a small sampling for you to try at home. First download a copy of hijackthis. Open up the program and scan your registry. Now, go to one of 12Clicks popup links: http://www.stopannoyingpopups.com Click on the link on this page. Now do a new scan on your registry with hijackthis. See the new entries for things like "custom tool bar". This is thanks to the popup "killer" that 12Clicks has just offered you. This helpful litle popkiller has now succeeded in offering up a steady diet on page redirects and other annoyances. Hardly the sort of thing a customer is looking for from a popup killer. And, not sure if this is still the case, but it was in the archived version I have of the code from a few months back. The link also used a security exploit to install Wink/nsdlua. Oh, and the list goes on. So, why do I continue to attack 12Clicks...simple...here's a man that insists on preaching the honest line...all the while when his programs are a success not through clever marketing..but instead through a cheating boiler room technique then ANYONE could copy. |

Oh, and here's an update on the exploit installed by stopannoyingpopups.com. It now installs a program in your registry called winpup32.exe. What is this program...well it's not a popupkiller, that's for sure. Do a search for this on google...most of the responses include the words, "virus" "spyware" "exploit" "trojan" to name a few.
12Clicks...this is why I attack you. You don't even have the intelligence to run a honest business. Anyone can run a crooked scam and make a buck. And this certainly appears to be your company's mission statement. |
If they are cheating you why are you even defedning yourself against them?
Seems like you are very defenisve but also staying away from any true defense as most of your comments are childish. If they cheated dont even bother responding to them. |

Anyone looking for a good read? Check this out:
http://forums.techguy.org/t140495/s3...06a116f53.html Found it yesterday when determining the damage done by 12Clicks / Standard Internets non-cheating, "more honest then thou" clickthru program. Seems that I am not the only one who has discovered that the only way SI makes their money is by resorting to trojans and exploits. Good work Ron (12Clicks)! (insert sarcasm here). |

Looks like the FTC did laugh in your face so you've resorted to posting half truths on chatboards. how quaint. I can't make it any clearer to you that you are a clueless flea on my ass. You're so small, I don't even bother to swat you.:1orglaugh :1orglaugh |

So, now that your smoke screen has failed...do you want to explain why your company needs to resort to trojans...can't make a living the honest way? Or simply don't have the intelligence? |

Nope..how about sticking to the issue at hand. Why the need for trojan downloads...dope:1orglaugh :1orglaugh
One of us here needs to justify their actions (insert your name here), one does not. So, you think this is good business practices, do you. Like I've said before, any common fool (insert your name here) can make a buck using crooked techniques. Welcome to the club of wannabe business men, dope:1orglaugh But, let's take this to your board, shall we. And quit with the smoke screens...how about some answers.... |
