Hope things work out for you Tom...the exact same thing happened to me...Gary used my account...(which I never used before) ...at first I received some good feedback, but then one guy called me here at home, saying he hasn't received his shit!...I explained to him that I couldn't do much except forward the word to Gary...fortunatly the guy was kinda cool, and he understood that it wasn't my fault...so I checked my feedback...and I was now at a 3:1 ratio (3bad for 1good)...I started freaking out...and yelled at Gary....he told me everything would be shipped, that I should relax and wait...fortunatly, he did ship everything....but my ebay account is still closed. I know Gary never intended to scam me, he's just lazy on the shipping...anyway...hope things will work out for you like it did for me tom...what would really help would be able to fucking reach him...haven't talked to him in the last 2 weeks...

Reading all the other statements and then reading this made me angry. Fair enough you like this guy and think its all a mistake. Why then hasn't he replied to Tom by e-mail or in this thread? For someone who has 6000+ posts he must be around somewhere!!!

I fail to see how you can say what you did and try to protect him. I think you should maybe have waited till he replied before jumping in and saying what you did Amp. I don't have any idea what this is about.... but I find it hard to swallow that someone that's been in this biz legitimately for years would suddenly scam some people for pocket change and then vanish without a trace. Maybe he did.... maybe there's something else going on. I don't really know.

Get KimmyKim to mail you the papers so you can fill them out and fax them back to her. Snail-mail will be quicker than waiting to have the cash to buy a new printer.

Call ACPay and see what you have to do to get them to change your payment method over to a mailed check. Probably just fax them a signed letter or something.

Just got back from the police a little while ago, the main dect Alan Cline was on vac, I talked to his partner Dect Mills, I am no longer a suspect just a victim/witness and was instructed to send emails to all the people that complained the dect's Phone number. Once Alan Clien gets off vac I will have to go back and talk with him.. I have no warrants as of yet, if anyone needs to contact them as well the number is 757 727-6530
