Ummm, have some fun about it. Have a friend call the dude up and act like they're VD clinic and that he may have had contact with your wife who has a weird disease and he needs to go to a specialist immediately.

Then tell him the specialist is at such and such address. Don't use your address but find some cop's address and tell him that's the place.

Actually, the best sound advice is get a lawyer, explain the situation, he'll hire an investigator on your behalf to catch her. If adultery is a crime or grounds for divorce in your state you can add that to your cadre' and then begin counseling procedures AFTER you bust her but don't tell her you busted her. In the meantime don't fuck her cause she might pick up some disease from the dude who both obviously don't care for your safety.
Just tell her you have a headache or are busy.

Let the lawyer and counselor handle it all professionally without going off and fucking your life up. You're too important to you and your kid to end up in jail. Take care of it professionally, if the marriage can't be salvaged then at least you know you're one up on her and the court will rule in your favor and you might get custody of the kid if circumstances warrant it.
