You're more worried about what they MIGHT have, but you seem to forget that North Korea has TOLD the world what they have, and that they are QUITE willing to use it. Which seems themore pressing issue? And isn't North Korea a communist country? How is that any better? Communism has been the reason for MANY atrocities in history. Are they to be excused simply because they don't have oil that would make it worth going after them? Looking at porn is an offense punishable by death by public stoning... Many things there are punished harshly. It's a system that's hard, but it's a hard area of the world to live in.
