This is some simple ass shit that could be done with little effort and time, as opposed to something more complicated and detailed that is more time consuming, that could financially hurt you if you didnt win.

The people with money who contract work to designers can now see what kind of a peice of shit you are and can take you off of their list of designers to choose from, which are a dime a dozen. Actually, these logo contests used to be cool, but now they're just a way of saying "I can't afford a logo, so I'll offer up the last $20 I have and see if anyone's dumb enough to make me one"

I agree with Midget actually.... a logo is supposed to represent you, be your new identity. It's a serious thing to consider.

If it's only worth $20 to you... then your image obviously isn't worth much.

Do business like a business person. Scout the designers yourself, get recommendations and make an informed decision as to whom your designer will be and pay them for their work.

Have someone photoshop a pic of grogan if you want to have a contest.... that's fun. Making your company's images for you for $20 isn't fun, that's doing a lot for nothing.

You might not hire InsaneMidget cause of his attitude, but I wouldn't do business with someone who can't afford to pay for a logo.

I did my entries in TypeStlyer 3.7.2, just got it and it was fun to experiment with the proggie which looks very promising but takes time to learn.

It is <b>not a logo</b> just some text, featured text... if you were into dtp too like me, you'd make tons of these besides making the pages every day and at no extra charge if you are a perfectionist.
