Their silence on this dosent help either. Their unwillingness to get in front of what really happend seems to be so that something they dont want to be public info dosent get out.
How do you explain the ones that claim there info could only have been provided by their processor?

I have bought content from Matrix, and I have not been contacted by Acacia

maybe it's lost in the mail

not saying I want it, but if they are using the Matrix database, it's kind of odd that I haven't gottent anything yet

One of the things I found humorous about the latest batch of Acacia letters is that they're bragging on how they're "unplugging the porn network".

Damn! I wish I saved the article where they (Acacia) states that they're p[urposely picking on the adult industry czu we're an easy target...w/ money to pay for their ridiculous lisence fees. They also stated that they this has been the only thing that will help recover from their "Dot bomb".

To sue without proof is fruitless...and Norman has asked those that have the proof to call him...but I am only aware of one that has even bothered to call him. It seems that mouthing off on a BB is the extent of the proof...or willingness to take real action.
