I do have to agree I think someone who generated that kind of cash ,wouldnt be on this board. They would have better things to do. Also with the bumpy future our industry is having, putting that money in the bank would be a better choice.

A better choice then buing a home? None of my investments have performed nearly as close as the growth I have need in my home. I home is rarely a poor investment.

For real, this is what I bought for Xmas. Got a lot of pruning to do out front in the next few months, but it's my first house and I love it. It's no palace, but it's mine, mine... all mine!!!!
