Only $23k property taxes per year on a $7 million dollar property. Thats a kick ass millage rate. Move that property to the area of Miami that I live in and your property tax bill would be closer to $65,000 per year.

As for property taxes, in AZ they are low, but you have state income taxes. If you make big $, they get you with state income tax.

I've turned down unsolicited written offers for millions of dollars more than I paid for my home, that yes, is indeed in Chandler. So your assumption that it is a poor investment and calling people names is silly. You'd be suprised what's bought and sold out here. People told me the same thing when I bought land in North Scottsdale and Cave Creek 5 years ago. LOL. Stop by my house in Chandler for a beer sometime and call me a moron to my face. :) :drinkup
