What strikes me as odd is when you say i spam you..

1) you can't show a single one i sent you
2) you say you have them in a filter which means you wouldn't see them anyway so how do you know im sending you any?
3) you say you don't save those kind of emails for years? So does that mean you havent even gotten one for years?

So what is it xxxotic...? Are you getting emails from us or not?

I don't like spamming either...but when you have a legit optin list that people can sign up or remove themselves from its not spamming.

They say im not telling the truth about our optin list and thats fine.
The program is right there on our site for all to use if they choose.
We have never bought sold or traded for emails.

I do know that since all this started last week 1 and only one person has even tried to remove them selves from our list.

2. I added you to my filter after the 1st 12 or so spams you sent me, so you're correct I NO LONGER receive them from you

1. I do NOT have ANY Email addresses set up on several of the domains you've sent spams to. [email protected] gets forwarded (instead of bouncing back) to my home ISP email (see I have a REAL webhost that offers things like email forwarding and "catch-all" emails. So if for instance, you send something to [email protected], even though it's NOT a VALID email address I will get it.

The emails I received from you were sent to "webmaster@" and "sales@" of the 30 or so domains I actively run, not ONE of them has a "webmaster" or "sales" @mydomain.com
