My guess is that you're not quite familiar with EV1/RS i think. At this moment they have a network with a total of 18.000 dedicated hosting machines and 13 Gbit lines directly to the internet.

Don't worry they are probably one of the least shady hosts out there. Acording to there site they are the largest dedicated server provider in the world, hence there prices....
