I think I just heard them say it's a minimum of 16 months jail time, but that she'll go to a federal "farm" type place, for anything less than 3 years. If it's 3 years or over, she'll go to a typical jail cell type deal.

Just heard them say again that she's definitely going, only question is for how long.

She cant move to Sweden cause shes going to jail! She would need to move in the middle east or some other hole where they dont have any extradition treaties with the US

it is called insider trading and it is against the law because it does effect others

stocks rise and fall according to what others do, and if stocks start getting dumped, it lowers the value to those that did not know something was going down

She'll prolly be in house arrest or be on a suspended sentence

She gets sentenced on June 17th. Should be interesting to see if she gets prison or not. Either way this is a major fall from grace, especially for a person who's entire business empire is built around her image.
