Yes, and there is a group of people calling themselves members of the South Florida Astrological Association. You can read about them at sfaa.us. They all live in the same geographical area. They pay dues, they share core values and beliefs, and they are organized.

Yet they aren't claiming sovereignty. They're not claiming divine right to the State of Florida. They're not trying to drive the nonmembers of their organization out of Florida. They're not trying to blow up busses and cafes on South Beach. And they're not appealing to the UN because they're getting punished for their actions.

If you're into it, the SFAA sounds like a nice organization. However, the "Palestinians" sound like an evil organization founded on the principles of terror, murder, fraud, and armed robbery.
