To make "enough" money in Adult takes a lot of hard work, a great sponsor, some precious gray matter and excellent content. I have noticed that quite a few people talk a lot but do little to get up off their asses and actually work at making "enough" money.

Here is an example: A webmaster i knew joined an affiliate program and promoted a very high converting site for just two days by TGP submissions, after 2 days they had made 8 sales which they considered too low and gave up. Those submissions ( just 2 galleries ) ended up making 28 trial sales and 40% recurring sales over a 2 week period, but the affiliate had no patients and gave up thinking adult would or should have made them thousands for just two days work.
Many people would have been very please with those results and continued to submit compounding their income but not him.

Enough money to one webmaster may be too little to others. My feeling is that the average webmaster putting 8-10 hours a day of intelligent marketing should be able to at least make $4000.00 to $5000.00 a month working with the right sponsors and sites but it doesn't happen over night ?

I agree, the concept of "enough money" in this biz is crazy. Suppose you pay for your own place to live, have 2 cars, health bennies, web bills, and pussy to support. I can piss thourhg 4-5K a month. W/o even investing in the web.

Define 'enough money'

I was so excited to make $200 week and Im still annoyed that my friend told me it wasnt enough and I could do something else. I just want to make 200 thou and Im out of adult but Im not leaving till I make that because its my goal and Im doin it for my baby. Also I want to make the money to invest in my non adult business (Im not telling what it is cuz I dont want anyone copying me) I love porn and I love posing in magazines. I plan to do a layout soon (I will announce when I do!)

Well I was a CJ guy in 2000, and I made more money a day than most people ever even dream, I was 19 and straight out of highschool, I grew up lower middle class for most of my childhood, so when I saw this kind of money you can only imagine my stupidity.

So along with bad business decisions, awful personal finance decisions, and some laziness I ended up losing everything pretty much except my house because I put a huge ass downpayment on it and could scrap up enough money every month to barely pay the bare minimum nesscessities. Since the very end of 2001 its been this way for me, I have had to go out and get odd jobs when I have some bad months in a row until things pick up again for me. But I keep at it, I know there is something out there for me in this business, in fact I think I am really close to once again being back on top, finally doing something I wish I had done years ago, along with finally getting some good contacts, and hooking up with some old ones once again.

I will be able to make enough in another year to do this full time but not yet. It has been about 10-12 months now part time.

enough money is having a SUFFICIENT amount of money to take care of all your needs, demands and expectations, the amount will vary from person to person. most people will never have enough money because the more they make the more they want.
