some of us don't have the opportunity to be professional drunks like some of you guys and the only chance for a little excessive drinking is at the shows...

I'm normally a pretty controlled drinker myself and even I overdid it a little on the last night. It happens, we move on....I'm just wondering why the guy who took the pic was more interested in snapping the picture than helping keep his friend from drowning in his own puke... ;-)

Never ever got that drunk. A good time is buzzing, having fun and having a memory after that -heheh. I highly doubt he'll remember most of that night.

I get buzzed on one glass of wine. Then the allergy starts. If I'd drink what he seems to have taken in - I'd be itching for the next year.

Nobody plans on going out and drinking way too much and ending up in a pool of their own vomit at the end of the night, but the truth of the matter is it happens. To lots of people. If it happens to you a couple times a week, there is a problem. If it happens to you once a year (like on, say, your birthday) or even less then its just a bad ending to what was probably a really fun night, and you tell stories the next day with your friends. Not bashing or anything, but the holier than thou "I never see the appeal" speech is way overused in situations like this, so if its not your cup of tea to hear about one kids night out on his birthday ending a little differently than he planned it then just move on to the next thread and save the speech for your Oprah book club meeting.
